    It was ok

by Zoe on 2024-03-21FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

Compared to the other ones I have see this one was the worst. There was not much special effects, or tricks. I feel like they didnt want to up ticket prices (because everything costs more these days) so they cut down on everything else. It was ok. Just ok.

It was a nice experience. My 21mos old baby loves it. I just feel that it was a short show but overall it’s great.

    Fantastic

by ASD mom on 2024-03-21FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

The show was fantastic. Missing a few princess but that was ok. We sat on the floor and for small children I feel they need to change the style of chair as most little children could not sit on them …highly recommend going. My daughter loved the experience and we will go again

    Great show!

by Maria on 2024-03-21FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

The show was great! Performers were talented and interactive. Only downside is that I wasn’t aware that there would be a rail right in front of us that blocked our view. Also, the concessions were very over priced! Other than that, the show was fantastic and I would definitely see it again!

    Amazing

    by Loverbum49 on 2024-03-20FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

We had an amazing time, great for all ages . The only thing I wish was different was the price of items. $50 for a light up wand was a little much.

Well done performance, but a little disappointing

by Kristina on 2024-03-19FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

This show is advertised as Encanto, Frozen and Toy Story focused. These movies got the same ice time as the others (about two songs) and the most popular songs were not performed. Many of the movies we didn’t even recognize (Raya, Tiana, and Wish). At least Raya had aerials but the time could have been used on more well known and anticipated songs. Families spend a small fortune at these events and the children really get hyped up for their favourites and then disappointed when the two song bit whizzes by. Actual performances were amazing! Our favourite were the beautiful colours of Encanto and the Cars spinning out on the ice.

Parking needs a lot of work.

by Amanda on 2024-03-19FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

The show was great! I took my toddler and she loved it. But if the location of the event is at the first Ontario centre in Hamilton I would advise to go extremely early. The parking sites are tricky to get to and the underground parking will charge you two different rates. If you are only there for the show it is $25 if you are there for mall services it is $12. There is no attendant there to guide traffic for parking. This makes parking very confusing as most people do not know the area and go around in circles. If the show is in a different city I would suggest if possible to go there.

3 Stars - Not what it used to be

by DisneyDad on 2024-03-19FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

3 Stars Disney isn't coming through with the mind blowing experience like they used to a few years back. My daughter and I always sit in the front row, right next to the ice, for that extra wow factor. I also took advantage of the character experience. But this time around (Hamilton, Ontario - March 16th) it just wasn't there. For the money that I pay for the tickets that I buy I'm expecting a little more than what Disney gives. Maybe some more pyrotechnics, there was no "snow"falling on March 16th, and it was like half of the show didn't come in that day. Nether the less, I will not let our last experience with Disney on ice deter us from going to another show.

    Amazing

    by A.M on 2024-03-19FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

This year Disney pulled out all the stops from cars, to fire and acrobatic pieces. I was thoroughly entertained and loved it.

    Disney on Ice - Hamilton

by DWallar on 2024-03-19FirstOntario Centre - Hamilton

There was a lot of speech during the performance with many of the skaters/characters talking. It was almost impossible to hear most of what they were saying. The volume just wasn't high enough. Once the music and singing started it seemed the volume was adequate.
