Emerging from the digital underground in the mid-2010s, EDEN first gained traction through self-released EPs End Credits (2015) and i think you think too much of me (2016), which collectively reached almost one billion streams worldwide and started to garner mass popularity for him in the scene. His music, characterized by atmospheric textures, glitchy beats, and layered vocals, often explores themes of identity, mental health, and the complexities of modern life like in his debut album, vertigo (2018), which was lauded for its raw, introspective lyrics and innovative production.
