Great songs , didn't realize they had so many hits. Had the volume turned up too loud for the venue. Some songs were distorted they were so loud. Would have been a great concert if they would have dialed it down.
Emerson Drive was amazing! Lots of energy! A great show all around!
The Emerson Drive concert was great!! They definately made up for the delay in the start time! Please play all of the devil went down to georgia... Having seen them play before, they do a fantastic job of this classic. The stories are touching, and the jokes about the band members are hilarious, though no one told any of Brad the lead singer!! I would definately go again!!
Emerson Drive was a great concert because they interacted with the audience well, their music is fantastic, and they're easy on the eyes. I think that the facility really allowed for a more intimate concert with Emerson Drive. My boyfriend and me were able to take great pictures and meet them which was a plus. I have been to other larger concerts and I was never this satisfied with the turn out. Good work Emerson Drive...Keep on doing what your doing. The overall rating I would say is excellent
Emerson Drive concert was the absolute best. I like smaller venue concerts much better. They treated us all very special. I loved the show!
Great seats, great music, passionate/great performance. Always a good time with the guys!
Emerson Drive was a class act. They had a wonderful performance. The Myer Horowitz Theatre was small enough to give it an intimate feel, yet big enough to make it feel like it was at the Stadium. The fiddle player was amazing. He was always smiling too, which I appreciated. Brad, the main singer, was on top of his game hitting every note. Emerson Drive has some wonderful hits and I am proud they are Canadian! Well done, boys!
Emerson Drive was the most amazing Concert I have seen and enjoyed. I haven't been to many but they were Awesome! Will go to see them again and again!!!!
Emerson Drive pulls of another fantastic show! It was new and fresh and wih new music! Would like to see them back for Stampede!
the show was very good but the sound was very bad the sound crew made them sound like they where screaming most of the songs.
What a night! Beautiful auditorium-cozy and intimate. Ridley Bent and Chris Dunn were a wonderful opening act! Chris was amazing on the guitar; Ridley was very entertaining. Emerson Drive was on their game and gave the crowd a superb show! We had amazing seats (row E) and enjoyed the comraderie that the guys had. Worth every penny and every minute (and the two plus hours drive as well!) Great job! By the way, We would have like to see more dancing from Mike from CISN-shake that booty!
This was the first time I saw them. They were unbelievable. It was a great concert and I can't wait to see them again
Emerson Drive was so good. I have never missed a show of theirs. They always have so much energy on stage and put on a great show. Brad Mates said near the beginning of the show that they would make you laugh, make you cry and then make you laugh some more and that's exactly what they did! Can't wait for them to come back to Edmonton again!!!
The set up on stage was great, no matter where you sat you had a perfect view of the entire stage. The opening was pretty good, never heard Ridley Bent before even on the radio even thought I listen to Cisn FM all the time. The opening song was great, they started it out as Acoustic version then switched to drums, bass ect in the middle of the song, GREAT opener. Brad the lead singer of Emerson Drive really knows how to make the audience feel the meaning of the song, just like Rascall Flatts does when they perform live. It was pretty awsome with the Fiddler came off the stage & started playing as he was running around the iles of the audience.
The Emerson Drive concert was in one word "Amazing". Can't wait for them to come back!
Emerson Drive were one of the beat concerts I've been too for a while, I love the small venue , I could hear all the words in their songs so well .. I had not seen Ridley Bent before he did a very good preformance.The boys in Emerson Drive were very entertaining too.
I would highly recommend that if you have an opportunity to see this group's amazing live preformance-- don't miss it!!!!
I love Emerson Drive music but the venue was terrible and the concert equally so. These guys need a new manager. No "experience" to this show. Most of the people around us left early. Miss opportunity for these guys. they are a great band with no showmanship.
This was the 5th time I have seen them in concert and they keep getting better and better. Brad Mates has such a strong voice and the entire concert had such high energy and had you wanting to get up and dance.
I have seen Emerson Drive 7 or 8 times now and they are always fantastic. Their shows are not full of special effects, it's just them and the music. Their live show is sooooooo good. The band is so good with the crowd and so down to earth. I can't wait for them to return to Calgary! Love this band.
