  • Eric Church held his own!

by Churchchoirfan on 2017-03-14Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Off the charts! Saddledome asks him to tone it back due to snow on the roof! So we got the one of like four times he's stripped it down and he gave us a show like no other I've seen! Absolutely amazing!

  • by Anonymous on 2017-03-14Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 3 out of 5

He was an hour late coming on the stage, the show wasn't what was expected from him especially after hearing what other people said. A lot of people didn't know that he was changing his show and it wasn't worth the hour wait

  • by Anonymous on 2017-03-14Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Fantastic stripped down performance- Eric Church really did an amazing job and performed for almost 3 hours

  • Eric kicked Mother Natures @$$

by Hilndgrl on 2017-03-14Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 4 out of 5

I wasn't sure what to expect from the 'stripped down' show due to snow accumulation on the stadium roof. Even more suspicious given the one hour delay. But the show turned out amazing!! The restrained amount of lighting and effects really allowed Eric to shine. His solo time on stage was fantastic, and once the band joined in they all had a great time playing with limited production 'boosters' I'd see a show like this every time

  • The absolute best

by JessieG on 2017-03-14Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

I can't say enough good things about Eric Church. We had the stripped down show because our venue is garbage, and it didn't matter, it was just as good as the full concert I'm sure. He's got a great voice, connects with the crowd, and he doesn't short you on the length of the show, that's for sure. If you get the chance, spend the money.

  • Unforgettable Acoustic

by RoseDerry on 2017-03-14Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

I loved every minute of it ❤️ He is amazing ❤️ He definitely knows how to get the crowd going ❤️

  • Church continues to 'Hold his own'

by Spyker on 2017-03-14Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Even though Eric had to scale down his stage show due to concerns about the amount of snow on the Saddledome roof, he continued to give an entertaining and quality show. His talents as a signer / guitar player were obvious from the second the show started as he was his own opening act and played without any supporting musicians for the first part of the show. His band joined him later on and they proceeded to give the crowd an entertaining and upbeat performance even though they had to minimize parts of the show due to concerns about the weight of the recently fallen snow on the facility roof. All in all it was a great show by a talented and rising country star.

  • Biggest waste of money

by Guest on 2017-03-14Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 1 out of 5

Changed his show last minute from the big budget tour we were promised to an all acoustic performance and comes out an hour late, but kept the price the same, wow thanks for robbing me of my money! No discount or refund offered. Don't see him unless you live in a place where mother notice doesn't live, he only cares about the money and not the fans. Will never pay to see him again and will be throwing his cds out and deleting his media.

  • Great show

Loved it- due to snow he did a mostly acoustic show and it was awesome

  • All hail the Chief!

by DPVJ on 2017-03-14Northlands Coliseum (formerly known as Rexall Place) - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

SO GLAD we finally got the chance to see Eric Church live - EXCELLENT! Been a fan of his music for awhile now and was delighted to find out his tour included Edmonton, Ab. which is the nearest city to us. Gave the tics to my husband for Christmas so Mar 10 was a long wait! Not sure what I expected but Eric exceeded it: his talent speaks for itself, sound quality was just great and he was engaged with the crowd, genuine and energetic. I was really impressed with his stage set-up- and extremely jealous of the lucky fans in the "pit" area! Best jumbotron/big screen I've ever seen at a concert. And since he played my 3 favorite songs, I couldn't ask for more! His music shifts between genres so, if you get the chance to see him, you won't be disappointed>
