When is the box office open?
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm Sundays: Closed SUMMER HOURS: Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday: 9:00am to 4:00pm Closed Sundays & holidays. The box office will open 1 hour prior to performance start.
What payment types are accepted?
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
What are the will call rules?
Box Office Location: Located at the left as you enter the building. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
What are the parking options at Festival Place?
Free parking available. Parking also available at Salisbury Composite High School, Kinsmen Leisure Centre, Arena/Shell, County Administration building, Health Unit and ABJ High School. Bike racks are also available.
Is there accessible seating?
Accessible Seating: Excellent wheelchair facilites. Easy accessibility with room to seat 8 wheelchairs comfortably. To purchase wheelchair seats please call Festival Place at 780.449.3378. Hearing Devices: Infrared headsets are available for the hearing impaired.
Are children allowed?
Everyone requires a ticket including babes in arms.
