About

Five Finger Death Punch are a heavy metal band founded in 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The band released their first album, The Way of the Fist, in 2007. Their 2009 follow-up War Is the Answer kicked off eight consecutive Top 10 releases on the Billboard 200, including three back-to-back No. 2 debuts for 2013’s The Wrong Side of Heaven, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 and 2015’s Got Your Six. Meanwhile, the group earned RIAA platinum certifications for their 2010 cover of Bad Company’s “Bad Company,” a 2018 remix of Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band’s “Blue on Black” featuring Shepherd, Brian May of Queen and country singer Brantley Gilbert and the 2020 single “A Little Bit Off” from the band’s eighth album, F8. Overall, 5FDP have logged 14 No. 1s on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. In 2022, the band released their ninth album AfterLife. Five Finger Death Punch consists of founding member and guitarist Zoltan Bathory, vocalist Ivan Moody, guitarist Andy James, bassist Chris Kael and drummer Charlie Engen.

  • 5FDP was KILLER!

    by mom2morgan on 2013-10-03Shaw Conference Centre - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

I'm an older guy, but 5FDP has quickly become one of my favourite bands. Been to a good many concerts, but the energy here was incredible! You got so much music, what with the four opening bands and then Five Finger.

  • 5FDP fn rocked the house!!

Fantastic show! Third time I've seen them and they only get better!! Great showmanship, and Security was awesome! Never seen them actually give water to the crowd! Rock on!!

  • Five Finger Death Punch Rocked my Brain!!!

Five Finger Death Punch was amazing live!! The Vocals are perfect, the drumming is mind blowing!! The bands chemistry is beautiful as is the respect and thanks that was shown to the fans. The Acoustics of the venue was also very well done, there wasn't a bad seat in the house.

  • Fantastic Show!

    by Twolf2039 on 2013-10-02Credit Union Centre - SaskatoonRating: 5 out of 5

High-energy show the whole night. Crowd was a little smaller than anticipated and smaller than the show deserved. From the artist's standpoint - nothing mailed in whatsoever. First rate production and sound. I hope that those that stayed away realize what they missed. Next time sell the place out! I'll be there. FFDP will break out in'14!

Five finger death punch put on an unbelievable show from start to finish! I would definitely go see them again and I would recommend anyone who is a fan to not miss this tour. I've never heard of the opening bands but a couple of them were pretty good as well.

  • 5 Finger Death Punch was AWESOME!

by Stimpie on 2013-09-29Prince George CN Centre - Prince GeorgeRating: 5 out of 5

5 Finger Death Punch was fantastic!!! It was such an experience even from the stands (Where I was seated) They got absolutely everyone involved- They stopped to talk to the audience, the lead singer gave his "Lucky Penny" away to a fan, & when they took a quick break- They came out with beers & gave one to a fan! So much fun to see them SOOOO INTERACTIVE!! They got everyone up & singing with them, & even though the Venue was large, it felt very intimate :D I would definitely go again!!!

  • Five Finger Death Punch was sick!

I brought two sons and nephew for the VIP Experience. My 9year old son was the youngest one there. He got pictures with three band members from two different bands!

Great show! The sets could have been longer though.

  • Good Show, Crappy Venue

by Fattonyesq on 2012-04-09Agribition Building - Evraz Place - ReginaRating: 5 out of 5

Show was amazing. 5FDP always puts on a good show with so much energy and crowd interaction. Good to see it was all ages, but the venue could have provided better access to the bar. Anything more than a 5 minute wait is ridiculous, let alone a 10 minute wait.

  • Every band was awesome!

by FenderStrat on 2012-04-09Agribition Building - Evraz Place - ReginaRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome night, had a great time, very talented bands, all of them. Openers were great guys, hung around and signed autographs all night. Five Finger Death Punch great band, if you're a hard rock or metal fan, you'd be crazy not to go!
