He was a little winded, Frank even admits it. BUT
I have not stopped raving about it. Before it went the only way I could tell my kids what kind of music he was known for, I said "elevator music". Then they knew of whom I was talking about. But he is far from that. He is a story teller and a very diverse musician. His love of music, his wife, his life, his farm and neighbours come through so much. The fact that at the end of his show, a downsyndrom adult shouted " Could you finish by playing music box dancer again" and he did, tells volumes of the man. He even played on that in his encore by finishing the encore with a single finger play of the music box dancer and pointing at the lad.
The theatre is beautiful and Mr. Mills couldn't get over the quality of the piano. So kudos for Algonquin for becoming a first class facility.
