Though the actors were talented and had great voices, I felt there were too many songs none of which you left the theatre humming or singing as not memorable. Also the cast dance numbers seemed out of place with the story at times. Though not the best show I have seen it will not deter me from live theatre.
We thought the special effects were well done. The way the main character made the appearance of passing through bodies was very effective. Everyone sang very well and the chorus was strong. As with most stage productions there is usually one character that steals the show as was the case in this show. All in all very enjoyable and recommendable.
Amazing job by all! Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend going to see this.
The show started slowly without a high energy musical performance but it ended strongly with great vocals by the stars. The cast is top notch from the ensemble to the leads and the other worldly special effects were cleverly executed. The stage production stays true to the original movie version.
A great story full of tears and humour,performed with passion and sensitivity. A pleasure to watch , earning a standing ovation from the near capacity crowd. Highly recommend.
They did a great job retelling the story!!! Great performance from all the cast. My wife and i enjoyed it very much!!!!
The plot was kept to well from the movie and subtle changes were well received.. great voices and lived the way it moved scene to scene well.
Ghost was really good and the story line was well protrayed. There were times when I found the music was too loud when people were singing. It was a nice evening out.
The show was decent, and a great effort. Tech working the microphones needed to pay attention as many missed cues turning on microphones lead to inaudible words/lines/songs (and we were in the first row). However, the breakout performance was the actress who played Oda Mae. She sang, acted and danced with the fervour of a Broadway star! Stellar performance! She stole the show, and basically moved the show from Meh, to well done.
Great show! I thoroughly enjoyed the show! I will be back to your venue this summer !
