Boys are back in town!!
by seered on 2017-04-15Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5Can't say that this band is my favorite artist. But I have always wanted to see them, but they never come up this way to Canada. Well they made a stop in Vancouver this time around, and boy am I glad I took the time to go. Opening acts were alright, but sound mix was off and sounded like crap. Silverstein was a headliner, which is also a band I like. Unfortunately the sound mix was off, and the screaming from the lead singer didn't help. Thankfully the main act Good Charlotte had their own sound crew in the center of the back of the dance floor. The mixing was bang on, and my eardrums had a chance to recover. They played a lot of the fan favorites from their older albums, and mixed in a few from their new album. They played the crowd like pros, and the lead singer Benji started losing his voice near the end of the set as he was giving it so hard! Good job by the boys, and some heartfelt commentary at times.

Runner Runner were a great opening band hope they get to be a head lining band soon!!! Yellowcard blew it away they are amazing live not to mention meeting their amazing drummer was the highlight of the night!!!! Much love to Good Charlotte this was the second time seeing these guys and they put on another great show!
