Greg Howe is a guitarist and composer from New York City. Getting his start in the New York club circuit of the 1980s, Howe released his self-titled debut album in 1987 after being signed to Shrapnel Records. Over the course of his career, Howe has released a total of ten solo albums; two full-lengths with his brother Albert Howe under the moniker Howe II; two collaborative LPs with Poison alum Richie Kotzen and numerous other projects. Over the course of his career, Howe’s style has morphed from shredding and instrumental rock to his now-signature jazz fusion sound replete with left-hand legato passages, frequent tapping, employing odd time signatures and his unique “hammer-on from nowhere” technique. In addition to his solo career, Howe has also served as a notable session and touring musician for the Justin Timberlake, Michael Jackson, *NSYNC, Christina Aguilera, Rihanna and more.
