Correcting your order
Once you've received a confirmation number for your order, the information you have submitted will be processed as you typed it on the order form or as it existed in your My Ticketmaster Account billing information. If you realize an error has been made or need to make a change for any reason, please contact us immediately. Changing information in your My Ticketmaster Account on the site will NOT affect previously placed orders (other than in some isolated cases).
Note: Be prepared with the confirmation number from your order and the billing information used when the order was placed.
If you wish to change your account in any way, please contact us as soon as possible. Be prepared with the confirmation number for your account. Please bear in mind that as with all Ticketmaster ticket orders and sales, you do not have the right to cancel or receive a refund for any order or purchase.
