Canadian Retail Outlet Pickup
Retail Outlet Pickup allows you to go to a Canadian Retail Outlet to pick up your tickets to a Canadian event. This delivery method is not offered for United States events and is not offered at United States Retail Outlets. Retail Outlet pickup is available for many events that occur in Canada. Choosing Retail Outlet pickup for your order means that you can take your confirmation number to a Canadian Ticketmaster Retail Outlet and have your tickets printed for you on the spot, subject to the below. We don't mail or send your tickets physically to these outlets, but rather your order is held electronically on our main ticket system. If you would like to use Retail Outlet Pickup, you will only be able to pick up the tickets if you are the person whose name appears on the credit card used to made the purchase, and when you pick up the tickets you present the credit card that was used for the purchase, along with the confirmation number and valid government issued photo identification showing that you are the person whose name appears on that credit card.

A Retail Outlet will not provide you with your tickets until more than 2 business days after you have ordered them, unless the event is occurring within that time. For example, if a ticket is purchased on Saturday (i.e., not a business day) the ticket cannot be picked up until the following Wednesday.
Note: If your order page did not offer "Will Call", then you cannot pick your tickets up at the Box Office of the event. Please pick your tickets up at a Retail Outlet in Canada.
