Halifax Mooseheads Tickets

I’ve been to hundreds of Mooseheads game in my lifetime. We were near the bottom of the upper bowl for this one (at Scotiabank Center in Halifax. The Moose always put on a good show but this wasn’t the best experience I’ve had. There was a group in front of us who were constantly coming and going while the game was in play. They clearly didn’t understand that you should wait for a stoppage in play to move from your seat. They didn’t seem to know where they were sitting, and would stand up directly in front us to let friends join or swap seats in the middle of the action. Myself and others around me said something to them about it on numerous occasions. The main issue here was that there was no usher enforcing their coming and going, or even suggesting that they wait for a whistle. My only other complaint? The price of popcorn - $7.50!!! Absolutely outrageous. I should have given it back.. but I didn’t.

Was better when there was a smoking section. Until that’s brought back, it’s only ever going to be 2 stars, at best.

Game was good. Arena is clean. Need more food options. Very repetitive, especially if you go to the games on a regular basis. Salads, veggies and dip, samdwiches, etc.

For one thing it is that rush I get when those players come out on the ice. The parents have got to be so proud. They are all good players and can see they work hard at it. What is not to like about our home team,the MOOSEHEADS.

Great seats, Great Atmosphere, Great company. Will definitely be going to a playoff game this season if not sooner.

Loved the beginning intro. Our little girl loved the zambonis with lights. We sat infront of a small boys hockey team which we can appreciate the fun in that but also largely unsupervised with parents in another section. Hard to enjoy the game at times because of behaviours. E tickets (we are tech savy) but really slowed down for the senior crowd

had an end row seat, that was angled towards the row in front, zero to no leg room, had to keep legs in the aisle.

As a first time hockey watcher I loved it It was awesome and such a great safe positive experience!

Scotiabank centre is a good place for events. However, the new seats are horrible. Way too close to your neighbour and aisle is very narrow. The cupholders aren’t even in front of you. I had to hang onto my drink because the cupholder for my seat was actually almost in the crotch area of my neighbor.

Regarding the previous review of upper bowl views, they ruined that building when they added in private boxes in the 1990s. I understand those had to be added for additional revene, but previously it was great no matter where you sat. It felt open in there. There was a track that went around the entire top of the lower bowl too which eliminated so much traffic out near the consession area like you see today. The other thing that ruined the stadium was the new seats installed around 2010. They jammed as many as they could in there. The leg and arm room was way better in the old orange seats. Food and beverage options are terrible, over priced garbage. It's always been that way though, but wasn't as hard to stomach when it was cheaper. Stadium issues aside, the Mooseheads are terrific and a well run organization. Season ticket prices are very fair and it's a great family outing.

Great hockey for a great price and an overall awesome arena atmosphere!

Sitting in the upper bowl at centre ice, I found the rake of the rows too shallow, which meant that the head of the person in front of me obscured my view of the centre ice area out as far as the middle of the ice. I had to keep craning my neck to see around the fellow. I understand that the rake cannot be increased because of the overhanging boxes along this side of the ice, but still...

Had a great time with my grandson but the seats were terrible 😣 next bonding time I will purchase better seats.

Had a great family Christmas outing to a Mooseheads hockey game, with three grandkids 10 of us in all. Game was exciting with a 1-1 tie then overtime then a shootout. Unfortunately they lost 1-0 in shootout. Transferring of tickets was easy. Would do again!!!

terrific atmosphere for such a small arena, food and drink wasn’t super expensive. all the fans were loud and cheering.

Even if the game didn't end well for the Mooseheads, it was an amazing game with a fantastic atmosphere right up to the last minute!

Enjoyable time watching the game! We will do it again. Ticket system worked well!

Love going to the Scotiabank arena but there is virtually no leg room and it it difficult to be comfortable the entire game ,I am 6’3 and my knees are up against the back of the seat in front of me. It’s not fair for the people in front of me when I move my leg and it drives the back of their seat into them and it is also not fair to the taller patrons to have someone’s seat back driven into their Knee caps.

Awesome game even if TheMoose lost in overtime. 65 minutes of exciting hockey

Great seats. E 40 11+12. First game for my 6yo, who's started U7 this year. He was so, so excited.
