Built on the site of the long-standing Ivor Wynne Stadium, Tim Hortons Field was built for the 2015 Pan American Games and has become a vibrant hub for CFL action. At “The Donut Box,” Ticat fans can be heard cheering along with team mascots Stripes and T.C. and sounding off the longtime "Oskee Wee Wee" chant led by Pigskin Pete. The 23,218-seat multi-purpose stadium has hosted two Grey Cup championship games, including the 2021 matchup between the Tiger-Cats and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Great night to watch first place teams square off. The place should have been full. Audio peeps still have some work to do to get the fans engaged, i.e. sing a longs, more hyped up music. End result was fabulous, not so much for our quarterback.
Always a great time when going to a ticat game and they win!
Although my team lost that game the Hamilton fans were very genuine and did comment that it was a very well played game.
Ticats r the best to watch play ! They entertain there fans and WIN !
The stadium is great. Awesome set up. The prices for food and especially beer is beyond marked up. A 400% mark up for beer? Seems ridiculous. 11.75 for a 2.25 can of beer? No thank you. The mark ups do not make the experience all it could be.
Great space, clean and exciting. Wonderful Game!!!
As a big fan of the Hamilton Tiger Cats, and an even bigger fan of the Labour Day Classic, I can honestly say this was one of the best games I've ever been too. The surrounding fans were great, the seats were good, the action on the field was excellent and my Cats won. A perfect combination!
The stadium is amazing. As an Edmonton fan, the staff and fans treated me with respect. The pregame activities were awesome. Great experience.
My neighbor and I had a good time. even though the cats lost.
Should of have something going on on the field at half time not just on the monitors
Great stadium, awesome fans and just a super night out.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders came into Hamilton and blew them away. That's always a good day. Seats were awesome. Food at the stadium is HORRIBLE.
Was a great stadium with great fans. Would definitely come back.
As a Rider fan the 2nd half was awesome, Hamilton imploded and the Riders capitalized. Great time, Hamilton fans around us were nice.
First time at Tim Horton's field, and I say Kudo's to all involved, great venue, lots to do and it was encouraging to be there for a W.
Great evening of football! We were treated to a sound Ti-Cat offence and defensive show! Stadium concessions are much more efficient than they have been in past years. Definitely will be coming back to a few more games this season!
Great time good seat location would go again. Getting a taxi to get to game and home was a long wait.
Seats were great, on the sunny side though. You can’t be negative when the home team wins! Parking and access was very easy.
It was a nice evening out with the weather, the game and ongoing entertainment. My only beef is that as a pre-season game, it was slow paced to allow time for both teams to organize their lines, as they have new players. . Some dead air time with no commentating of the plays. It felt like a slower-apced 'practice' game which I thought should've been priced at lower than regular game prices.
