Entertaining as always
by Bubba308 on 2011-04-11Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5Haven't seen the Globetrotters in 30 years and brought my kids for the first time. It was great family fun and they were highly entertaining. Despite doing this day in and day out, the players seemed to have a great attitude and kept a good energy level. My only complaint would be the venue. The Rogers Centre is brutal at the best of times for an event like this but at a Globetrotters event, there is always something blasting over the sound system, whether it's someone doing commentary or schtick or some background music. The acoustics in the Rogers Centre were terrible and the blasting of the PA system was incomprehensible at times and became grating as the game wore on. Definitely worthwhile to get seats closer to the action if you can afford them.
