Perfectly timed. Just watching the movie and the TSO playing live along with it was unforgettable. My daughter and I just loved it. The only regret was not catching the first movie. We will be there for the third. Wouldn't miss it.
This is the second HP film in concert I've been to with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. I went to see HP & the Philosopher's Stone when it was on earlier this year, and decided to get tickets to this event. I was not disappointed! The TSO played very well, and their timing was impeccable! The music flowed with the movie so perfectly that I even forgot they were playing in the first place! Also, obviously, the movie was fantastic. ;) Would recommend for any HP fans, families, music lovers, and those new to the HP world.
Such a wonderful idea. The symphony was amazing and really elevated the movie viewing experience. This was fun for the whole family. We will definitely attend this type of event again!
If you are a Potter fan this is a great experience. Also a good way to introduce your kids to the TSO.

This is the second one of these I’ve been to and I don’t really like that the audience is encouraged to cheer for their favourite character etc. It really takes away from the performance. I also don’t like how I wasn’t able to choose my own seats, you’re stuck with going by ‘best available’, which doesn’t really work out. Last time we sat in balcony seats that were too far to really see the orchestra, this time we had A row seats and it was too close to see the orchestra. This performance has so much potential but I won’t be going to see anymore.
An incredible production! It's amazing to see how the score is broken down and performed live alongside the film. I regret missing the Philosopher's Stone performance- hopefully there's a chance these performances will happen again in the future!
This was amazing and can't wait to see the next instalment.
Love the Potter series as books then movies and now the addition of the fabulous Toronto Symphony Orchestra is the absolute best way to enjoy these stories
