Iron Maiden are one of the most formative bands to establish the heavy metal genre in the ’80s. Formed in 1975 in East London, the band underwent several personnel changes before releasing their self-titled debut in 1980. Iron Maiden’s sophomore effort, 1981’s Killers, was the first to chart in the U.S. and marked the final release with lead singer Paul Di'Anno. With the installment of frontman Bruce Dickinson, Iron Maiden released their breakthrough 1982 album, The Number of the Beast, which reached platinum certification, introduced two staples to the band’s catalog with the title track and “Run to the Hills” and kicked off a 10-year run of releases to land in the Top 40 on the Billboard 200, including their 1983 follow-up Piece of Mind and 1986’s Somewhere in Time. Dickinson departed in 1993, but returned in 1999 to cement the current lineup with bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris; guitarists Dave Murray, Adrian Smith and Janick Gers; and drummer Nicko McBrain, along with the band’s long-standing mascot “Eddie,” whose skeletal figure has graced the cover of nearly every release and become a signature of their live performances. Iron Maiden reached a new level of mainstream success in the ’10s, winning their first Grammy in the Best Metal Performance category for their 2010 single “El Dorado,” while 2010’s The Final Frontier and 2015’s The Book of Souls both earned No. 4 placements on the Billboard 200, marking their highest-charting albums at the time.

Phenomenal concert!! Maiden sounded fantastic and put on a great show.
Very disappointed that none of the great old hits of theirs made the play list. What they did was an alright performance but the evening lacked the memorabile Sing-a-long moments....
Bruce was such a blast to see on stage and his Firework fueled gunfight was fantastic
Thanks for coming to Alberta and BC. Canada, we missed you so! Every show, every song is a phenomenal memory. Alexander the Great was as awesome as the artwork! Lost, Somewhere in Time, on a Lost world, until we meet again. Cheers
Iron Maiden's 'Future Past' tour touched down in Edmonton last Saturday, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The band's timeless energy and stage presence were in full swing, masterfully blending their classic anthems with fresh tracks. The visuals and stage production were top-notch, creating an immersive experience for every fan. Edmonton was truly blessed to be a part of this legendary tour. A monumental evening that will be remembered for years to come. A resounding five stars!
Wow!! Iron Maiden never disappoints!!! They bring their “A” Game each and every night The fans are 1 of a kind !! Extended family to be honest !!! Love it !! 🤘🤘🤘🙏
Great show! Excellent help from Rogers Centre staff. Even more awesome was to meet some of the band members.
Maiden never disappoints! Well worth the money! Up The Irons🤘
Best concert I’ve ever been to. What a performance!
Cool stage, lots of action, but every song is the same gallop with the same over sang opera song. Didn't play many hits. Wouldn't go again
I thought it was a great concert everything you would expect from Bruce Dickinson & crew Pretty decent sound better than a few of the concerts ive been to lately
First time I've seen Maiden, and they were mind blowing! I cannot recommend them enough - it was an amazing show, one I never wanted to end. I need to see them again now!!
They didnt play number of the beast and run to the hills!! Save your money. Just 3 good songs if so
This was a great show I loved every minute of it and can’t wait to see them again I hope
The Boys themselves put on a great show and the music was real tight. Needed to play Number of the Beast and Aces High - IMO. Bruce's voice was muffled a bit in the mix and it wasn't his fault as his voice was clear when he spoke to the crowd, so definitely a mixing issue. Small issue but one I would have expected a well seasoned mixing crew to have figured out in 2023.
Having seen Iron Maiden perform many years ago, I knew that I was in for a great show. The previous concert I had seen was one of the best that I have ever been to… …This one made it look insignificant!! There were songs played that I never thought I’d ever get to hear live…this was life altering.
Not long enough, once they started playing the night flew by. Sound was really clear and in your face, all around really good performance from a really great venue to host.
Amazing!!! But…. More of the older stuff could have been played. Other than that, they were fantastic, Bruce didn’t miss a note! 👌
Boy these guys can still bring it. At their age they are more fit then I am in my mid-50's. Great entertainers and great at engaging the audience. The audience was so involved that it made it even more entertaining.
Decent show, but thought Bruce’s vocals were pretty dismal; not sure if it was on his end or a technical issue, but couldn’t make out anything he was saying all night…Atreyu’s was ok so maybe it’s time for Bruce to move on…
