  • Vip disappointment

by Stella on 2022-05-17History - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

VIP packages used to mean you could actually meet the artist or get a photo. I can understand a photo who is everyone can be exhausting but that's a bit of the trade-off and there's only limited tickets sold to the VIP package so. - it seems like none of that exists anymore - so is basically invited to soundcheck and you got a a bit of free merchandise what's wasn't my choice -maybe give someone a credit towards purchasing something at the merch table versus giving us buttons and a hat will never wear The concert lso did not start until close to 9:30 p.m. and there was obviously a delay in James Arthur going on because we are waiting and waiting and waiting and no one informed us with any information. Concert protocol: I think there needs to be a protocol for patrons to respect people's space - this was our first time at this venue which was a decent venue but I would never buy floor tickets again - we weren't actually in the general floor admission we are up on a second level but an announcement needs to be made for people to respect each other's space. There was an extremely aggressive woman standing behind me that would not move an inch to give me any room Thus even though we're at a concert I do believe people need to be reminded that the person in front of you has the right of way then please don't stand 2 in behind them so every time they move and dance you're hitting them. And they're standing so close you can feel them breathing on your neck and they're not wearing a mask is a little bit much moving forward in the future. Why can't people that want to scream the whole night wear mask to respect others has every time they're shouting and hollering they're spitting on the person in front of them...

  • Good but too much downtime

by Jay on 2022-05-17History - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

I believe that there was too much waiting time in between the opener and when James came on. I believe there was like a good hour between them and tbh I was getting bored. But once James came on it was so awesome I would recommend his music to anyone and everyone. He is just as good if not better live

  • Amazing!

by Den on 2022-05-17History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Honestly, from start to finishing the energy he gave the crowd it was 10/10. I loved every minute of it, I didn’t even realize the time until it was time to go! I would definitely go again whenever he visits toronto again!

  • AWESOME

James Arthur was amazing, Nina Nesbitt opened and we were so happy to have been exposed to her. James is just the perfect amount of slow with the fast. I am in Love. We will go and see him again, and we would love to return HISTORY, an exceptional venue.

  • It was phenomenal!

by Canada Rocks on 2022-05-16History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

James, Dan, Rick, Drew and Luke entertained a sold out audience for 90 minutes. They played a mix of brand new music and James’ more well known, classic songs. Every note was perfect.

Amazing artist - started a little late, but the show was worth it! Sounds incredible live! Would definitely see him again!

  • Amazing

    by d. R. on 2022-05-16History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

James Aurthur was amazing! His vocals his band and performance in general was one of the best I’ve seen. His vocals were exactly like this record. Will definitely be seeing him again. My only negative experience, nothing to do with the actual concert, was that History charges waaaay more for drinks than any venue I’ve been to.

  • James took too long to come out after opening act

    by Cat65 on 2022-05-16History - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Alot of people come to concerts from out of town Being that it was quite warm w alot of people and standing only; it was getting rather annoying 45min wait time between sets is inexcusable James Arthur is quite good but my daughter and I left before he even finished

  • Amazing show. Totally worth paying for VIP.

by Dizzle on 2022-05-16History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

This show was everything I hoped it would be. VIP got us really access and front row. I even got to ask the artist questions. It was amazing

  • SO GOOD

by Sarah on 2022-05-16History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

It was super entertaining and made sure the audience was having a good time. A girl passed out and he made sure everything was okay. Awesome show he needs to come back to Toronto!!
