Jelly Roll went from selling mixtapes from his car to country music superstardom. After quietly releasing dozens of independent albums — some of them rap mixtapes, with features from Lil Wyte and Tech N9ne — the genre-defying artist scored his first Billboard Hot 100 hit in 2022 with the country-rock crossover single “Son of a Sinner,” from his major-label debut album Ballads of the Broken. The rapper-turned-country star from Nashville, Tennessee, blends hip-hop stylings with country vocals on ballads like 2020’s “Save Me” and cathartic anthems like 2023’s “NEED A FAVOR,” off his country music debut WHITSITTCHAPEL. In 2022, Jelly Roll had a breakthrough year, spending 28 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Emerging Artists chart and headlining Nashville’s nearly 19,000-capacity Bridgestone Arena. Following extensive tour dates in 2023, Jelly Roll was nominated for Best New Artist and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for "Save Me" at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

    This was the best concert I have ever attended and believe me when I say I have attended many! My only disappointment was that I could not get three seats together with my family so I sat alone. I feel seeing Jelly Roll in St. Catharines was a once in a lifetime event! I felt like I won the lottery getting tickets! Jelly Roll is an entertainer, a showman, a story teller, a preacher, a family man and so down to earth and honest. He laughed, he cried, he joked, he was serious. I believe this man is well on his way to becominga superstar!

    What an amazing concert. Jellyroll is a real soul, he speaks the truth. The concert was heartfelt, I cried 3 times. I believe he left such an incredible impact on everyone through his music and his words. Thank you for allowing people who chose to change their life for the better to actively spread that positivity to others all around the world. People deserve a second chance when they show growth and real change.

    The words and music of Jelly Roll carry messages that touch the hearts and move the souls of his audience. From the second he enters the stage and begins to weave his stories and deliver his message I was captivated and enlightened. He has a way of making the audience a part of his concert like no other performer. Having lost a husband to suicide and addiction it was healing to hear Jelly Roll’s mantra, I am not Ok but we’re all going to be ok. A true showman the pyrotechnics were breathtaking, his vast abilities with so many genres of music amazing and really showcased what a talent he is I say this often Jelly Roll has become my healing music, he is a man of the working the class, a spokesman for the addicted and an advocate for the healing process. If you get the chance see him , hear his message and revel at his talent as a musician and showman Thanks for an epic night

    Absolutely amazing concert it out did my expectations. I thought my seats would be awful ended up being the right place to be. 107 q Jelly Roll did not disappoint he went above and beyond for the crowd making sure everyone was seeing him. He sang more songs than he was supposed to. I am honoured to be part of his first Canadian performance ever. What a genuine guy so down to earth. Only disappointment was his wife bunny was unable to attend.❤️

    Some of the people I met in the line will be lifelong friends, drove 16+ hours to my first jelly roll show and I would (and have since) do it again 1000 times over! This man can put on a show!!!! P.s, you will cry at least once.
