by major4 on 2011-03-19Rhythm Room - Phoenixi am a blues fan and a rock fan.when jimmy came out and said lets play some hillbilly rock i was confused.like a cross between rory gallagher and roger waters he pounded out tune after tune of great blues rock. the fellow next to me said jimmy plays the star spangled banner better than hendrix and so he did. very impressive from start to finish.we will see jimmy thackery again
