Such a great show. John keeps the energy high from beginning to end. The jokes are funny, sarcastic, fast paced and intelligent.

Super fun night at the falls with John Oliver. Laughed so hard and perfect way to wrap up 2023!!

Natural entertainer ! Kept the crowd engaged and obviously wasn’t feeling a 100% but gave a great performance

Funny, smart but not his usual brilliant self. Wish he he'd worn jeans rather than the wrinkly old pants with fly showing on the big screen. For sure he knew he was in Niagara Falls, Canada as he repeatedly mentioned it but large segments of the audienewere from Toronto and Buffalo. Opening act could have determined that tor him. Apparently, JO thinks of Cdns as mostly polite, non-political and one of the colonies, interested in the monarchy and ignorant of British history and atrocities. Fell back on childhood stories and was about 10 minutes short. Opening act okay, funny but too self depreciating, hands shook at end...I hope he's okay. Worth $200+? Well, we liberals spoke to each other about the joy of being in a 'safe space'. Hint: Right wing plutocracy and populism have no borders. Guess it will be at least another 10 years...

John Oliver is one of the best comedians out there. Absolutely delivers.

Everything about this performance was hilarious. He had intelligent humour, researched, and checked (even by the audience who he played off well). I would highly recommend seeing this to anyone who is even remotely a fan of political humour or silly historical facts you can make jokes about.

John Oliver is funny, smart and witty. He is also super sharp and quick, and interacted with the audience a lot. The show did not disappoint - it was amazing, thought provoking, and simply hilarious. Anyone who is fan owes it to themselves to see him live. It was well worth it! The venue was also excellent. It was an amazing experience all around.

He is such a professional. Clever, witty, quick. Very topical and entertaining. No cheap jokes.

John Oliver was of course, excellent, playing with ease off of the audience! I just wish I could SEE him! We were seated in 4th row of the first balcony (BC that's the sort of tickets we could afford at $300+ total (2 tickets)), and I couldn't see his face, he was so far away :( I felt like I paid $300+ to watch one of the two big screens they have set up on either side of the stage. I will definitely not buy any tickets at OLG theatre in the balcony ever again! OLG staff were quite helpful, as after the show I was looking for a washroom. I was very thoughtfully pointed in the direction of a washroom that not a lot of people were going to.

This show was spectacular! Opening act was funny, John Oliver was the perfect balance of self deprecation and humour. I’d see it again!

What an amazing set! From beginning to end the whole crowd was in laughter. I am so amazed by this man for his humour, humanity and dedication to the truth. What an absolute homour to see him, support him and cheer for him in person!

John Oliver puts on a great stand up show - I loved it and thought it was a good value. Admittedly comedy shows are my favourite night out. The venue was pretty good but it took forever to exit.

Highly recommend seeing John Oliver live for any fans who watch “Last week tonight”. Not only is he brilliantly funny, but he uses humour to also bring awareness to important issues. He was effortless and confident love and he bantered with the audience in a hillarious way. The OLG stage was a great venue.

John gave a beautiful performance that had both my husband and myself laughing for the entire set. He’s a masterful storyteller and it was a genuine pleasure to be in his audience.

John Oliver is one of the best stand-comedians on the planet. His humour is smart, edgy, current and hilarious. His opening act was also good. We plan on seeing him again in the future.

My husband got us tickets for my birthday gift this year as he knows I love watching John Olivers' show. This was my first time seeing a comedian live and we had an amazing time. He made both of us laugh the entire time, most of the time I was cry laughing because he was just that funny. Definitely would see John Oliver again and highly recommend seeing him live.

John was not disappointing! What an amazing show! He knows how to engage with his audience, making us laugh into stitches. A great way to remember 2023!

We enjoyed the warm-up act, John Oliver, and the seats were great!! He was extremely funny and I loved his honest reactions to the Canadian audience, in particular the ONE person who knew why Daylights Savings Time was created, which ruined his entire joke!! 😂 I would definitely return to this venue AND I would see John Oliver’s stand-up routine any time any place!!

John Oliver did not disappoint. His timing and reaction to audience responses was superb. Really appreciated that he weaved some Canadian content/personalized the show at certain points. The show went by so fast. The OLG stage was a great venue.
