Johnny Reid is a professional who draws in the spectators to actively engage; he is a warm, loving, respectful, talented family man who brings every fiber of his soul to the stage and shares it all with his fans. This is a man who lives to entertain and has the energy, health and ability to make the audience feel like they are valued participants in the show! Mr. Reid has created a family of first rate musicians who he actively celebrates while he generously shares his stage, allowing each of them to shine! This concert leaves you feeling energized, joyful, and really proud to be Canadian (especially if you have a wee bit of Scotland in your blood or in your heart!) Johnny was in top shape on Saturday night in Kingston! Even though there was an ice storm, I'm quite sure that anyone who had the courage to make it, had a great time! Johnny Reid is a great entertainer! He is a very good singer, he's funny and he really cares about his fans. This year, thanks to the Tartan Army (Johnny Reid's Fan Club) I even got to meet him before the show! He was warm and friendly. It felt like running into an old friend. I am already looking forward to his next show! If you are looking for a fun night out, look up Johnny Reid, you will not be disappointed. Also, the opening act was quite good! The set with Glass Tiger was also a lot of fun. The K-Rock Centre is also a great venue. Just one warning, getting home after the show is not easy. There really just aren't enough taxis in Kingston for big shows like this one.

Johnny Reid touches the hearts and funny bones of his fans! A true entertainer. He can bring you to tears then raise you up with laughter! A very memorable experience.

Love my Johnny! He put on a great show from start to finish. He does a great job of including the audience. He was kind as usual, and also funny. Sang a good variety of songs, new and some old favourites. We had to book a room, drive two hours each way on a weekend when there was an ice storm in Ontario and still, it was all worth it.

Johnny Reid himself was amazing!!!!! I feel you get to know him a little as he shares his stories. That definitely makes us feel more connected to his music. Johnny made funny comments about male partners being dragged there but my husband thoroughly enjoyed Johnny's concert (and he would have told me if he didn't). We were both very impressed by the all the musicians on stage with Johnny. His band was incredible. Glass Tiger was so wonderful to hear, especially since we know their music and Johnny produced their newest CD. My only suggestion is that with regard to the 1/2 hour intermission after the opening act, would have been helpful to know so we could have left our seats at that point. A lot more people would have bought in the lobby if they had known I am sure.

Without a doubt Johnny Reid puts on a tremendous show! High energy from the start and involves the audience. He is gracious and thankful for those attending spending their hard earned money to attend his concert. It is clear his band loves him and that they all are 'family' without a doubt. This is well worth the money and his talent for writing and performing is outstanding!

Johnny Reid ALWAYS puts on a FANTASTIC SHOW! I have seen him 5 times and have NEVER been disappointed in any of his concerts. Can't wait to see him again!!

The actual concert was amazing. We were closer to the back on the main level and the view was great and the acoustics fine. As always, Johnny puts on a high energy upbeat show that is very entertaining above and beyond just the music. Unfortunately the people behind us talked loudly or sang through the whole event. Not sure why they paid to see him when they talked through it. When they weren't talking they were singing loudly...I didn't pay to hear them sing, we paid to hear Johnny. At the end of each song the father had an ear splitting whistle which was very paintful to the ears of those very close. Several in our row complained about this. The view was great and the acoustics fine. However we were right in the middle of the row which means we had to climb over about 25 or more people to get to our seats. Who designs a venue with no centre aisle? Everyone in our area was complaining about that. Leg room was actually quite good and seats were comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the show, second time seeing Johnny. Great to also see Glass Tiger singing some of their original songs.

Great performance, 3 hour show. Had a great time and a few laughs at Johnnys stories. He has a great voice and he is a superb entertainer!
