Kacey is an amazing singer! The only downfall to the show was she started so late but other than that she was great!

Great show start to finish. Great warm layered guitar sound. Almost the whole album plus some other songs, sound balance perfect - crystal clear.

Kacey Musgraves is a very talented woman. The show was unbelievable. i had general admission tickets and i could not have asked for a better view. any seat or spot at the danforth music hall has a great view. everyone was polite and the staff were great. I would definitely be going to another concert soon using ticketmaster. I hope Kacey comes back to toronto! By far the best concert I've been to.

It was a great show! We had floor standing tickets and the view was great. It's nice to be in a small venue like the Danforth, it makes it more personable.

    Fantastic Atmosphere & Great Performances

by Rajiv on 2015-04-14The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

Both Kacey, as well as the opening band, Sugar + The Hi Lows were amazing. The sold out crowd added to the terrific atmosphere.

Such an incredible concert! One of the best performers I've ever seen. Kacey presents herself so well onstage and you can really tell she loves what she does and is so happy and grateful to where her success has taken her!

    The New June Carter Cash

by AmBee on 2015-04-14The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

It was my first time experiencing a concert at the Danforth Music Hall and I'll never forget it. The venue offers an intimate performance for concert goers and there's not a bad seat in the house. Sugar & The High-Lows opened up for Kacey Musgraves. Although I'd never heard of them before, they brought a fun rockabilly vibe to the stage and were great live! With Amazing vocals and musical talent, they were a great opener, evening bringing along some advanced copies of their new album which I (among many) scooped up for a cheap $10 and the band took the time to converse and sign each album which is a great way to gain new fans! They were friendly and grateful to those who purchased albums or those just looking for signatures. Kacey's stage was a simple desert style background with her famous neon cactuses and he band dressed in lit up mariachi type suits, a set she has previously described as "acid western". She started off the show with "Silver Lining" and the crowd began to sing along immediately. Musgraves had a great way of connecting with the crowd even handling a drunken crowd member who yelled for her to take her shirt off. She continued into her set list and took the time inbetween each song to talk, joke, laugh and thank the crowd. Not only was she her music just as amazing live as it is on her album, her humour brought to the stage reminded me of a young June Carter, cracking jokes inbetween songs and bringing some added entertainment to the show. Kacey performed songs from her album aswell as covering "Mama's Broken Heart" written by Musgraves but made famous by Miranda Lambert, "No Scrubs" by TLC and "Three Little Birds" by Bob Market. Kacey was grateful for the show selling out on her first visit to the venue and nodded to it many times throughout the night, even putting together a little song to say thanks at the end of the show. When talking about performing this little song, she received some ignorant shouts from drunken fans that even the crowd was yelling at to shutup. Kacey addressed this perfectly by stating "I appreciate you coming out to see me but don't ruin the fucking show for everyone else". The crowd cheered as her and her band mates performed an acapella version of "Happy Trails To You" by Dale Evans and Roy Rogers beautifully done. Musgraves came back for a solo encore with a new song "Rainbows" off her new album to be released in June, followed by "These Boots Are Made for Walkin" and finally finishing the night with "Follow Your Arrow". I would recommend seeing Kacey Musgraves live to anyone who appreciates good music country or not and I can't wait for her new album to drop in June!

    Kacey is a major talent!

by billyjobob on 2015-04-14The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

Loved the show. Kasey is playful and real. The show isn't formula - there's a gentleness to how she approaches each song. Country music needs Kacey.
