Box office is open 1 hour prior to show time for sales and will-call.

Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club, Enroute and Debit.

Box Office Location: Located at the corner of Water St. & Doyle (across Doyle from Memorial Arena). Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

There is parking available 200 metres to the Northeast, behind the library, in the parkade. There is also parking on the surrounding streets as well as at the Memorial Arena across the street.

Accessible Seating: 8 wheelchair accessible spots and 8 accompanying attendant seats. Hearing Devices: The theatre is equipped with a hearing impared system. See House Manager for requests.

The general policy is that everyone requires a ticket unless specifically stated differently on the event.
