    Unforgettable experience

The stage show was amazing. Lots of energy. The entire crowd was participating and made the concert even better. All of the acts were worth seeing.

    VIP Ripoff

by Anonymous on 2017-08-05Rogers Arena - Vancouver

For an extra $800 I got the privilege of cheap but "exclusive" vip merch and the chance to sit next to Kendrick for 5 seconds on a couch while our picture was taken. Totally disregard for his fans who spent hard earned money on this pathetic excuse for a "vip" experience

    Best night of my life

by ErinB on 2017-07-30United Center - Chicago

This was the most amazing concert I have ever been too ( which I have been to many). DRAM was awesome and Travis Scott will always be my favourtite performer (who I have seen 4 times now). Then for Kendrick he is a true god. Wow is all I can say as I was stunned for the whole concert.

    Talented and on time

by TonyRexdale on 2013-08-05Sound Academy - Toronto

Kendrick is uber talented and engages the crowd with each song. It was bananas and it started on time at 8:50. He only performed for 1:20 mins but it was a great performance.

Kendrick was amazing, but the venue was horrible. Security kept letting people jump over seats, and there was nobody stopping people from getting into the pit. People from the lawn were getting down to the bottom during the show... TERRIBLE.

    HiiiPower

by Rudebwoy on 2012-09-24Sound Academy - Toronto

Kendrick Lamar proved why he is the HiiiPower with his performance. Amazing show!! He really knew how to entertain the crowd, and get the hyped. Perfect mix of songs from Section.80 and Overly Dedicated as well as the two singles off good kid m.A.A.d city. Will definitely be attending his next concert in Toronto.

Hometown prince makes cameo as always!

by parmiegvel on 2012-09-21Sound Academy - Toronto

My Showing up around 9.30pm way after doors opened and most of the crowd was already in the venue turned out to be for good reason. Heard of Fly.Union but never listened to any of their tracks so it was dope hearing a few of their cuts. If they were the only opening acts that's really disappointing because as per the billing Jay Rock and Ab-Soul were supposed to kick things off to hype the crowd and I was amped to see 3/4 of TDE in the same building seeing as ScHoolboy Q's on tour with A$AP Mob and isn't due to come for another 2 weeks, so their absence knocked off a couple stars. Other than that once he made his appearance, Kendrick Lamar more than lived up to the hype carried over from OVO Fest and dropping 'Swimming Pools (Drank)' as he continues to grow into a star - if he isn't already a star - while remaining true to his existing fan base simultaneously balancing being a mainstream rapper with underground relevance power and execution. I especially loved all the 'Section 80' cuts since it's the first time I heard Kendrick Lamar and became a huge fan since! All in all had a decent view, standing way in the back near the mini stage to the right hand side away from the bars where there was some stupidity after the show, captured a few decent flicks and videos while having a relatively great time seeing a future star establish himself like J. Cole @ Sound Academy last year.
