Very good, show,I leraned a lot about the reasons for stopping their public show. The musician are good on stage. I was expecting more costumes and make-up so the performers would look like the real Beatles. But the last part of the show seems to drag on, a little bit too long, by cutting 15 minutes of the show would be OK.
This show gives a quick overview of the Beatles story. If you expect to close your eyes and imagine yourself listening to a Beatles album you could be dissapointed. The emphasis is on the Beatles story with popular events, songs and milestones. Great costumes, excellent selection of songs, good video accompanying the show but voices can be much different than that of the actual Beatles. All in all, it was a great learning opportunity that lasted almost 3 hours with great costumes and songs.
Excellent show.........the way the Beatles evolve.... The video with the history about the beatles was all in french,,,,too bad as 60% of the spectators were english....Subtitles should be added just like with The Elvis Story.....
The music was fabulous but was very disappointed that all the story giving the history of the Beatles over the years was in French. Why was there no English sub-titles like there was the French one?
Music, decor were excellent. Musicians kept asking for people to stand up and dance, unfortunately being in the Mezzanine - if someone stood up no one behind could see. Had to ask person to sitdown or dance in the stairs.
I thought the show was great and the music was fantastic. Their voices were amazing....I will see them again in July when they return!!
Excellent show with good historical story on the Beatles and their most important events/concerts. The band is awesome and encourages the audience to sing, clap, dance. So if you want to sing the Beatles' hits and have a fun time doing it, this is for you.
This show was absolutely wonderful. The music was awesome and the fact that you are encouraged to sing and dance a bonus. I went with a couple of friends from out of town and despite the fact that they couldn't speak French (most of the commentary is in French) they still really enjoyed it as much as I did. We had a really good time. The four men playing the Beatles sang and performed their parts exceptionally well. If you are a Beatles fan you will absolutely enjoy this show and a must see. If you miss it this time around they are apparently coming back in February 2012 for a couple more shows.
We go to all Beatles shows and we both said this was the best one yet.
I have seen a couple of Beatles tribute groups before, most recently in London, England, but these fellows were ten times better than all of them combined!
