Larry the Cable Guy brings a hilarity to stand up comedy that most people simply aren’t used to. His southern accent, which he admittedly exaggerates, gives blue collar individuals and everyone else alike a way to relate to this hilarious funnyman. After getting his start by making guest appearances on radio shows, he gained quick fame on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour alongside Jeff Foxworthy, the comedian of “You might be a redneck” fame. Larry went on to have two comedy albums receive gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.
Those two albums, though, were not even close to the end of his story. Larry the Cable Guy, who has never actually been a cable guy, went on to get roasted on Comedy Central; and once a celebrity has made it to Comedy Central Roast status, it’s obvious to anyone who had tickets or watched the show that the star really “made it”. Fortunately for the redneck hero, this roast didn’t signify the end of a long career like it usually does for others.
In fact, the loveable sleeveless shirt wearing comedian gained his own show, Only in America, on the History Channel. He was even allowed into the White House’s War Room during filming of the show. What makes this story even more amazing is his actual humble beginnings; since it may have been difficult for anyone to guess that a little boy raised on a pig farm in Nebraska would one day grow up to be Larry the Cable Guy. As it turns out, however, that little farm boy really knew how to “Git-R-Done”.
Even with a sometimes busy schedule involving filming for the History Channel, Larry still finds time to tour around the country to let his fans know he loves them. Even children love the shows since the unlikely star lent his voice to Mater on the Pixar movie Cars. And for those who miss Larry in concert halls on the big screen, the December 2013 release of A Madea Christmas will undoubtedly be exciting. As Larry likes to say, “I don’t care who ya are, that’s funny right there”.

Never stopped laughing the entire show I would definitely go see him again
Larry was great. It was a good show. It felt good to go out and laugh. Thank you for hosting
This guy is funny! This is my 2nd time seeing him. Love it when he giggles at his own jokes. The venu was packed, seating was decent. Only wish he could stay on longer, but get there is only so much time someone can be on stage talking and cracking jokes.
Some recycled jokes. Poor energy in the room. Warm-up comic was terrible
I haven’t seen Larry in 20 years and he was every bit as good as back then and probably better.
The show itself was awesome, i had to take my glasses off from crying so much from laughing so hard. I bought these tickets for a night out for my bday and this was by far the best bday ever! The olg stage holds a lot of people and it was crazy packed when trying to exit...def no social distancing in this case and i wouldnt be surprised if some people got hurt from the stampede.
Spectacular New Venue complimented by a Great Evening of Humour with Larry the Cable Guy. Comfortable seating, perfect sightlines, hugh monitors and a great sound system.
we have never been to the casino and for our first time it was fabulous, the show was hilarious, our seats were great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. will totally be back for a show we like
It was fantastic from start to finish ! My stomach muscles hurt from laughing so hard would go see him again in a heartbeat!!
Took my mother in law, as Larry the Cable Guy was her late husband's favorite comedian. She giggled and bellowed throughout the entire set. She was so happy.
Had a great time, the show was so funny!! A good mix of some old blue collar and tons of new jokes. Love Larry the cable guy!!! So worth it!
It was a great show. Very crowded though. It took a long time to get out after the show. Not managed well
Nick Hoff was a great opening! Larry the Cable Guy was as entertaining as ever. Love his act. Like that he doesn't have to swear all the time during his performances. Great show by both performers!! Thanks for a great show!
We last saw Larry 10 years.. his show was outstanding then, and today, another notch or two in rating his show. One great evening, felt like we were in his living room chatting.. great work, just live this guy!!!
Larry was great. Casual, relaxed and funny as usually. His opening act Nick Hoff was awesome!! Keep up the great work guys. 👊🏼
First of all the walk from the parking garage was too long. $50 to park is ridiculous. Venue was absolutely amazing, staff very helpful. Also $15 for two bottles of water was a bit much! Larry was okay, really didn’t find him that funny. All in all we were a bit disappointed with the whole evening.
I love a good comedy show, its rare to goto one without the profanity. Larry and his opener Nick Hoff were funny, entertaining and provided the comical medicine the world needs today. A Blue comedy tour would be awesome but seeing each one of them separately has been awesome keep going Larry your comedy is perfect!!
Did know what to expect but he was actually very funny... i've seen his other buddies like Ron and Jeff...this was an absolute great night of entertainment. The only thing that i wasn't expecting was that this Event Centre ... OLG Stage... didn't take money only debit and credit cards...if that was mentioned in the description in the ticket I would have been prepared.
It was a great night out. We all needed the laugh. We go see him again.
