    Lisa Lampaneli was hilarious

by SkippyRiley on 2012-01-03The Seneca Niagara Events Center at Seneca Niagara Casino - Niagara Falls

It was a great show, but you have to be able to take a joke! She is very funny for people who don't get offended easily!

    LISA LAMPANELLI QUEEN OF MEAN

by darlindarla on 2011-02-01Massey Hall - Toronto

it was my 6th time seeing Lisa in different venues. it doesn't matter where u see her, your stomach is gonna ache. the only time i got upset was when she made me laugh so much that it caused my makeup to run & looked like i had black eyes. her last DVD was Long Live the Queen & all the material here was brand new. so many one liners -how does she remember all that shit? everyone laughed continuously for the whole show. after the show i thought it was only fitting to go to the drag queen show @ El Convento -what a nite!!

Show was hilarious!! Easily the funniest show I've ever seen...and I've been to Dave Chapelle...Chris Rock etc. etc. My bf and I didn't stop laughing... we laughed so hard we had tears streaming down our faces and our cheeks hurt! The queen of mean reigns here in Toronto for sure!!! Will definately see her every time she comes to town!

    BATTERED BEAVER - Lisa Lampanelli

by cheapjulysky on 2011-01-24Massey Hall - Toronto

Lampanelli, hilarious as always. Sitting first row 3rd balcony I was thankful not to take any of her hits. I love the fact that she sticks around after her shows to sell her stuff and autograph it. Little disappointed that her HBO DVD was already sold out, so I felt obliged to purchase the only thing left, an audio cd. However with tittles like "the fag whisperer" and "deaf protest" I don't think I'll be disappointed. Great show, I'd see this bitch anytime she's in town.

    Lisa Lampanelli Great Entertainer

by Tibi on 2010-09-29The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

The "Queen of Mean" brought her "A" game to the Colosseum Sept 26. The show was beyond expectations. If people didn't walk out of their with sore stomachs from laughing so hard then something is wrong with them! She was a lot of fun both me and my son loved it! Would definitely see her again..........

    Liked Lisa...Hated Hard Rock

by Anonymous on 2010-04-12Hard Rock Live Orlando - Orlando

We weren't disappointed with Lisa, I would recommend seeing her perform. However, I would not recommend the Hard Rock Live Orlando venue as it left much to be desired. We were squished in like were attending a high school play on chairs that obviously came from a gym somewhere. My adivce for the chatty cathys in the row in front of us, do your visiting elsewhere, we paid good hard earned money to watch a headliner, not to listen to your drivel.

    No one was spared!!!

by AlbertansInVegas on 2010-02-14Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort - Las Vegas

From the moment she walked out, she was on fire. Even though we'd seen/heard some of the jokes before, the audience reaction/interaction with Lisa was great. The best was when she went off on the loud woman in the audience. What you see on the roasts is even better in concert!! And no matter how popular she is, she makes time at the end to meet and sign autographs.

    Good time...but not great

by nikolaibossman on 2009-12-06Michigan Theater - Ann Arbor

Saw Lisa at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor, Michigan last night. Good time, but if you've seen her HBO special you've seen alot of the same material you will see at the show. She picks out a black guy, a spanish guy, a gay guy, a jewish guy, and an old white couple out of the audience and rags on them with the same jokes you've seen or heard on her other specials. She also cut up the one tiny "security" guard which was really funny. Maybe this date was just close to the end of this tour and she'll have new material for her next tour, I don't know. Even though this was sort of a negative review, I still enjoyed seeing her live. She is probbably my favourite current comedian. I was just alittle dissapointed that the show was very similar to the specials I've already seen. Either way, you will have a good time especially if you aren't familiar with her material.

    A little disappointed

by Piggy on 2009-11-02River Rock Show Theatre - Richmond

We saw Lisa's HBO special on TV which we really liked. Much of this show was made up of the same jokes and lines as the HBO special, we were hoping for more new material. We liked how she added some locally relevant material we hadn't seen before. The delivery and energy just wasn't there, she admitted being sick and in a bad mood before the show and obviously had a serious foot issue. She seemed to hit her stride for the second half of the show which was better. We will pay to see her again but only if we are sure of new content. We returned to the same seats the next night for Joan Rivers whom at age 76 had 4 times the energy and put on a much better show. Service in the River Rock Suites was poor, we didn't feel "hosted", just dropped in a room. Drink service was slow and infrequent but the drinks were good quality. No food or snacks were offered and no drink or food menus were presented to us. Paying was a hassle. Waiter had trouble with English and made mistakes. Worth the extra $20 a ticket but I would pay much more for proper hosted service.

Ok but way too much swearing

by ChocolateLover on 2009-11-02River Rock Show Theatre - Richmond

I liked the show but both myself and my husband thought that the amount of swearing wasn't necessary. Plus she continuously used the C word.

The show was amazing! Lisa was rude, dirty and mean, as usually. She was a trooper with a broken foot, and gave an unforgettable performance dispite her injury. She engaged the audience in more ways then one...... I'm still laughing just thinking about it days later. Her start up comedian was great too, they we a perfect pair. I would see her again in a heart beat!
