LIZA MINNELLI IN CONCERT:
As long as Liza Minnelli continues to cast her spell over captivated concertgoers, life will remain a cabaret, ol' chum. Nearly 50 years after she made her stage debut, the Broadway legend turned Hollywood superstar remains an indefatigable performer, thrilling fans around the world with nostalgic performances of beloved classics like "New York, New York" and "Say Liza (Liza with a 'Z')." Following a string of critically acclaimed 2013 performances alongside Cabaret co-star Alan Cumming, Liza has fans busting down box office doors for tickets to her coveted 2014 tour dates, which include a lushly orchestrated appearance alongside the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the city's iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall.

The daughter of Judy Garland and Vincente Minnelli, Liza is Hollywood royalty by birth, appearing in her first film at age three. Far from relying on her pedigree, Liza trained extensively as a child, achieving success on her own terms with her considerable talents as an actress, singer, and performer. Following several major roles in the late '60s, Liza launched to international superstardom for her portrayal of Sally Bowles in Bob Fosse's 1972 smash Cabaret, taking home the Oscar for Best Actress. A laundry list of successful films, albums, and television specials followed, cementing her role as one of the most enduring icons in American popular culture.

Every number except for a couple, were very energetic and full production numbers with the band. I have long been a fan so I was familiar with her music both her popular and her message music. I did notice that some persons in the audience were not. It was nice to see her looking great and moving around the stage as gracefully as only a dancer could do.
Liza is an icon and true legend. Her performance was brilliant.
Every person on the face of this planet should make a date to see Liza at least once in their lifetime! She is truly a consummate professional. She is personal, friendly, chatty, yet professional with the audience. Alas, she is no longer a spring chicken, yet she self-deprecates her age, even as she still gives a stunning performance. Liza: "Do you all remember how I sit down during my 2nd act". (applause). She then deadpans: "Well, now I sit for my 1st act!". She then drags a huge directors chair from stage left and continues her show while sitting for a few numbers, but not for the rest of the show. At times as you expect her to hit the high note, she sings an octave lower, but all is forgiven as she is the one and only LIZA!!! A truly enjoyable evening, my first time at RAMA - I definitely am looking forward to going back for other performances. BRAVO to RAMA and LIZA for an excellent evening of entertainment!
Lza very good. Although she is not at the top of her singer career I believe she gave the best she can to the public. The public stood up and celebrate the passion on the songs. Love the orchestra. all musicians excellent and play weel from the beginning to the end. My husband slept a bit at the beginning but after woke up and enjoy the concert time. It is the first time that we assist to a Liza concert but we know about her songs. Thanks Casino Rama for this kind of concerts. We will try to be at another concert soon.
What a thrill to actually see a "Living Legend" do exactly what she does best. Liza is still going strong and continues to belt out those famous song that rocketed her career to super stardom. She has her own unique style and knows how to entertain her audience. Don't miss the opportunity to see Liza live!

Liza Minnelli put on a spectacular performance at Casino Rama last night. I was happy to see that there wasn't an empty seat left in the place.Having grown up and performed her and her mother's music it was a surreal to actually see her belting out the tunes in real life. A true performer and show gal her singing expertise and energy warranted her to receive numerous standing ovations throughout the evening. She is an icon and strong woman that deserves kudos for staying afloat in an unforgiving industry. Way to go Liza! I hope you have the energy to come back next year! I'll be there!
Enjoyed Liza very much. She still is a very professional performer, with a sense of humour I did not realize she had. Here voice still can fill a room, and her entertainment is great. The only negative was the lighting. She had a glitter top on and the lights made everything a big blur at time, but other than that great show. The band is wonderful all very talented entertainers. Would recommend it.
It was a great show.....Liza was quite energetic, considering, and really seemed to be in to her performance. Not really being a fan, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was an enjoyable experience.
Liza Minalli has a great voice, but only few good songs. Everybody was waiting for the songs of "Cabaret" and "New York New York", and she sang them in an incredible way. About the rest of the show (90 minutes) I cannot say anything good.
More for my wife but she thought it was pretty average also. Did not recognize too many songs and found her to be struggling at times.
90 minutes of excellent entertainment. Worth every cent
Some people are simply immortal, and Liza is one of them for sure!
Liza Minnelli was brilliant....I would see her again...she looked fabulous.
