An amazing performance by Mr. Einaudi and his ensemble.

Ludovico Einaudi and the VSO was an absolutely spectacular, once in a lifetime show. He's a true master pianist and the VSO complimented his incredible talent perfectly. I enjoyed every aspect of the experience from start to finish, from the gorgeous acoustics to the awesome light show. The Orpheum is such a great venue and I'd highly recommend attending a classical concert here as it will leave you with butterflies in your stomach and a great memory to look back on.

Ludovico Einaudi yet again reinvents himself, his music and his playing.

Hauntingly beautiful craftsmanship of sound... the musicians played as one, perfectly orchestrated by the master himself. With an air of drama and a light hand wave he entered the stage and seated with his back to the audience, quite different I must say. An exploration of sound and repetitive pattern followed for almost two and a half hour without a break. It was challenging to stay present during the performance as the music served as a hypnotic bath to ones own imagination.

Amazing! The concert in a venue such as the Orpheum does justice to the music. It was wonderful! Mr. Einaudi is very good without a doubt but so are his fellow musician on the stage with him.

We've been to many concerts with my husband as I am a big fan of instrumental music but Ludovico's concert was out of this world. They use so many instruments, the band is so talented, it was mesmerizing to watch. He played for almost 2.5 hours non-stop, it was magical. Ludovico is a true genius of our time and I would attend his concerts again. Hope this time he doesnt wait for 5 years to come back

I have been dying to see him since he last came to Vancouver in 2013 and I'm so glad he came back this year! Wonderful, amazing performance from him and his orchestra. It's amazing the surreal moment when hearing him live as opposed to just listening to his album. Definitely go see him if you have the chance, atleast once in your life!

The show last Saturday at the Chan Center was great. I have been listening to 3 of Ludovico Einaudi in the past 6 months, love his contemplative and ambient style. I was ready for a very relaxing evening... but with his 10 musiciens on the stage and the quality of their talents playing all the cords, percussions, triangles, etc. the show was uplifting as well as deeply grounding. Thank you for such an event in Vancouver.

Stunning show! I flew in from Edmonton for this concert, and will forevermore travel for his shows. The suspense he builds into his live shows creates rushes and goosebumps. I will NEVER forget this show, and the audience was palpably grateful and thankful, the applause was uproarious and long, like an audience at a rock concert!

The BEST concert I've been to!!! Divine, soul-touching, ethereal, mesmerizing, intense! If you haven't been in heaven, that's the way to get there!!!

Nothing short of awe-inspiring! The live performance was beyond expectation and I would attend another concert in a heartbeat. Talent made magical on stage.

The Danforth was the perfect size to hear all the rich sounds of the instruments and you felt up close and personal. Ludovico put on the show of a lifetime and played wonderfully. My only disappointment was that the show had to end!

Ludovico is an absolute master of the piano. However, the entire ensemble was so talented. Every single member was so amazing. But a highlight was right after the intermission when he played solo for a couple songs. Overall amazing.

I was definitely blown away by each of his performances and I can't wait for when Ludovico, returns to Toronto again...

I have always loved his beautiful music but after hearing it live, I was in utopia. The audience roared for more! Simply because, Artists like him are hard to find these days. He is brilliant in every way! I would recommend to see him, to anybody and everybody! You will not regret it! Hands down,The best concert I have ever been to.

Absolutely incredible event. I was pleased he played some older pieces as well. The venue itself needs some modernization; however, it felt very intimate and warm. Ludovico is truly amazing!

This concert literally moved me to tears, several times. His music moves me deep inside. What a precious gift he is to the world. Thank you Ludovico for an amazing night. Keep bringing beauty to world.

The performance was beyond my expectations, I would not hesitate to attend again if he has a future show in Vancouver. His performance, the pieces that he played, and the acoustics made for an unforgettable experience.

Technically perfect, and I wouldn't call it minimalist at all as many others do. George Winston for 21st century. His playing is a superb mix of New Age, classical, ambient, rock [at moments], and so dynamic yet emotionally riveting.
