About

Texas-based Memphis May Fire has become one of the hottest metal-core tickets around, with a unique blend of post-hardcore, Southern rock, and powerful live performances. Their rhythms are tight, they know how to shred, and lead singer Matty Mullins controls a crowd like no other -- heā€™ll have the audience moshing like crazy one minute, inspiring them with stories about the band overcoming adversity the next. In 2012, Memphis blew away crowds during their Main Stage set at the Vans Warped Tour, and immediately followed that up with a high-profile European tour with Of Mice & Men, an American tour with Asking Alexandria, and a victory lap on the 2013 Warped Tour. And in the middle of all that, they released the album Challenger, which debuted at No. 16 on the Billboard 200 with the defiant and incredible song ā€œProve Me Right.ā€

Itā€™s nothing new for the band, though. All the way back in 2009, the bandā€™s very first album, Sleepwalking, generated to the popular single ā€œGhost In The Mirror,ā€ which was featured on the Saw VI soundtrack, and earned the band recognition as one of Revolver Magazineā€™s Top 25 Under 25. Since then, theyā€™ve released two more albums and toured the world, but theyā€™re not done yet. In 2014, theyā€™ll continue to push forward, not only releasing their fourth album, which Mullins describes as more mature and more orchestral, but theyā€™ll also be playing more concert dates in the UK and beyond.

Good concert but bad indoor bouncers

by Brent l on 2023-09-16The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

Too bad, the concert was crazy good, seriously greatšŸ‘šŸ‘ but the bouncers did not help me at all, in fact they listened to somebody(ex friend) that lied to them and they never asked me about the situation, will I go back? I don't know, I need to talk to who runs the place and get some assurances before I do! Don't know about the law first?? Go see the Bands for sure though! And of course Ticketmaster??šŸ‘
