Mickey Gilley's show is amazing. His voice is still strong. He is still a great showman and knows how to work the audience. At 79 and after a broken neck he is still wonderful. He sings his 17 number one hits and that is what everyone comes for. Almost 2 hours without a break - excellent!!!
One of the best shows we have seen at Rama...he still has his awesome voice, he was funny and a great entertainer...loved it

Truly a great show. Smaller venue made it up close and personal. His story about his comeback from an accident was inspiring. At 79, he can still sing great. Loved his stories between songs. It was a very entertaining and professional show and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I thought the show was awesome, considering that Mickey is still recovering from his injuries. He may not be able to walk very good but he can sure sing, and he hasn't lost his sense of humor.
Upon arrival the day of the show we met Mickey Gilley at the door of the hotel as he was wheeled in in his wheel chair,we got to talk for a few minutes[there were 6 of us]shook his hand and he assured us he would give us a great show.I can assure you he did,it was awesome. We all wish him well on his recovery and hope he gets to play his piano again,golf will be easier to get back.
What a surprise! We were unaware that he had been injured so we were surprised when he was led in to do the show. Although we missed him at the piano, he was great anyway. He did all his great hits and a couple of new songs. We particularly enjoyed it when Mickey and Joey were joking back and forth. Mickey makes a great straight man for Joey. We have seen Mickey's show twice in Branson and wish him well on his roade to recovery.
