Micky Dolenz Tickets

My very first concert was The Monkees, in 1969 in Toronto. 120 concerts later, I got to see this concert with Mickey Dolenz for the Monkees. This is probably the last concert I will see. It was such a fun and different concert. I loved the way that he arranged to bring back each of the band members with his thoughts and with videos from the past. Well done!

My husband and I enjoyed the show. The music was awesome. Mickey did a terrific job giving a tremendous tribute to his friends. If the Monkey's show comes to Canada again. I will by tickets again.

4 breaks in the 90 minute set for tribute videos, but a fun time!

Avalon theatre is an amazing venue, just the perfect size! So enjoyed "The Monkees" show & Mickey Dolenz sharing it all with us! Mickey really loved those guys & misses them. Lots of great video footage...music was great as could be seen & heard by those who jumped out of their seats to dance & join in singing! My Sister & I watched their show when we were just 5 & 7 yrs old & pleaded with our Mom to get us one of their double breasted shirts with the puffy sleeves...unfortunately that never happened! We both were disappointed that they didn't play "Last Train to Clarksville"...believe that was their first #1 hit...aside from that it was a great experience!

Of course what can you expect for senior he can not move quickly but still can sing Overall the show is ok for us senior like micky🥴 I don’t mind watching again the oldies entertainer The kind of concert that brings back my younger days🤪

I thought Micky sounded great. His band was fantastic. The tributes to his former Monkees cohorts were very well done. A complete pleasure with great memories.

The actual performance was good but the videos were too long and too many. Was seated at a side balcony so we couldn’t see everything shown on the many videos.

I grow up with the Monkees, had a couple of their albums and always loved their friendly tunes. I didn’t know what to expect at this show however I needed to go and have it checked off my bucket list. Mickey did well and the band was tight. A lot of videos…. maybe a little bit too much. Also I thought they played too many B side tunes leaving out some of the Monkees great original material. Over all it was fun to be there and see Mickey, hope I have his stamina at his age. Thanks for the great memories!
