MMA - Mixed Martial Arts Tickets

Bellator 47 was a fantastic experience put on by a well practiced promotion. There were a few things that took away from the evening however. The music between fights was very repetitive as several songs were repeated at least twice and in one case a specific artist was played many times throughout the show. Fans will tend to view this as a less than polished production and gives them something negative to talk about. The other downside to the event, and something that is very difficult to manage is the fan demand for constant excitement and action. Due to the lack of commentary during the fights the silence becomes overwhelming for fans higher up in the stands. Occasionally the more obnoxious and vocal fans shout out obscenities and demands stealing away the pleasure of some fans and fueling the displeasure of others. Addressing this issue could diminish the negative impact that unanimous decisions seem to have on fan expectations. If you take away the matches it is more difficult to start a fire. Overall Bellator 47 was a solid event. As the tournament winds down, the more evenly matched fighters are wisely being cautious and wary of each other. Constant action should not be expected from them with so much on the line. A two minute slug fest is exciting for fans but it does not really prove which fighter is better if the action is sloppy and reckless relying on luck over skill.

I loved it but would prefer if it was all heavyweight as other categories seemed to drag a bit. Some of the lightweight categories like Horodecki were really good. Woudl I go again? Maybe.

There were fights that got scrapped and we were not advised. Fights were ok. Not enough fights for my $$$

Great night of fights! It was great to have Bellator finally come to Ontario now that the legalization of MMA has occured in the province. It was my first Bellator (been to many UFC events) and I thought the production of the show was fantastic, they sold the place out and of course the quality of fights is always top notch with Bellator. I hope the show returns in the furture and based on the support the Ontario fans provided...no doubt it will. Thanks Bellator for a great night - you sure are a class organization.

Great location at Casino Lac Leamy. Well run show with lots of fast action. Nice to see the quality of fighters coming out of Canada. Only big complaint is no itinerary. This has become a typical problem of Wreck MMA. Being unable preview the fighters and latest fight cards is frustrating. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I'm a big UFC fan but after attending UFC in Montreal and this fight at Casino Rama I've concluded the best place to view MMA is in your living room. Having had great seats at both events and observing ringside viewers with their heads cranked sideways to watch the teletron it is an obvious conclusion. The octagon padding obstructs viewing big time. In Montreal the headliner featured a grappler versus a standup, both tried to avoid each other much to my $1000.00 wknd. disappointment. Many fights turn into ground and pounds after fighters over-exert themselves in the 1st round making for a rather boring experience. .Maybe tweeking the rules and re-designing the octagon to make it a more viewer friendly venue could fix this, otherwise do yourself a favour and invest your money in a 60" plasma and stay at home.Coverage is second to none and if it's a grnd n pnd you can grab another drink. Cheers!

First legal MMA fight in Ontario!! Great venue, great seats, great night out!!!
