I’m not exactly neutral when it comes to women’s hockey as I’ve been an avid follower for years. I coached women’s hockey for 14 years and what the WPHL gives to these players and aspiring players as well as fans alike is a sense of belonging. There is a lot of emotion tied to an event like this which only confirms the appetite for women’s pro hockey. Kudos to the Bell Center for realizing there would be more women than men and the way they added more bathroom space. It was definitely a day that will forever remain carved into my memory for tge rest of my life. What a perfect culmination of af all the blood sweat and tears sacrificed by all women in sport. Do it again and often. It’s also just good business.

Better than all the rest. No, but seriously: what a surreal experience. For the fist time in the history of the league, two PWHL team played eachother at Centre Bell. I've been there for a NHL game before and it was amazing. But let me tell you why this time it was different: Everyone was emotional, you could see the girls on the ice looking up at us, and smile, you could hear the excitement in the thousands voices chanting for the players from both teams almost indistinguishably (except Poulin, she got the biggest ovation of all, it was beautiful). It was different and very special, because lots of kids were attending, entire hockey schools, with their jerseys and hats all spread across the barn. Lots of women too, showing support and love for this beautiful growing thing that is the PWHL. It was special, because the Canadiens fill the barn every single week, they have a glorious history and they gained the affection of their supporters over hundred years. But those girls achieved that in less than one year. They filled the biggest arena in North America, set a new, unbeatable record (indoor) and are looking like nothing can stop them now. Long live the PWHL. Looking forward to playoffs.

Un match historique incroyable pour le hockey féminin. Une superbe ambiance. Côté confort et commodités certes il y a une grande différence entre le niveau 100 lors d'une visite précédente au Centre Bell et pour ce match au niveau 400 mais bien heureux d'avoir vécu les deux. Il faut varier les expériences.

The MTL team's first game at the Bell Center was absolutely incredible. We were the biggest crowd in PWHL history and it felt electric in there. The food was pretty ordinary/measly though, arena's these days have interesting offerings and it felt a little basic ! Apart from that, the event was well organized and had fun contests, etc !

Amazing game between two great teams. A new record and adoration for the women who starred in this record setting event. Couldn't have been better. Loudest event I have ever attended.

Parking was great. Customer service people in elevators and at gates were pleasant and helpful. Sightlines were perfect. Growd enthusiasm wonderful. Insufficient washrooms for 21,000 people. Food is of poor quality and prices reflect profiteering.

Absolutely amazing experience. The building was electric! Women’s sports has waited far too long for a day like this! So proud to be a part of it.

Love the PWHL. Ticket prices affordable especially for families. Games are exciting but venue too small.

The hockey experience and the atmosphere during the game at Place Bell in Laval were awesome, in addition to what all PWHL teams do in favor of girls and young women empowerment.

Such a great experience! The whole game was a party and was family-friendly and a blast. We will be going to as many PWHL games as we can!
