Nana Mouskouri Tickets

Everything about this concert was great. The music and musicians excellent, the song selection outstanding, and Nana Mouskouri in spite of her age, just fantastic. Kudos to the sound engineer - absolute proof that you don't have to blow the roof off at 99dB to make a concert exciting. The mixing was superb and you could hear all the instruments and voices. The big screen was somewhat distracting but nice for close ups, but loved it when they switched it off and allowed the intimate connection between the stage and audience.

Amazing performance, good heavens she is 80, and forever young. Still relates with the audience as warm and humble , much the same as her earlier days. Did the entire show without a break.

For an 84 yr. old it was a good show, but obviously not the Nana of old. Great musicians! Felt she would have been better starting the show with one of her old favourites. She did do some quite innovative offerings, like Amazing Grace, Forever Young, but considering the age of the audience generally more old favourites would have been most welcome. Not the fault of the show, but we will not be returning to Grey Eagle for any event until they improve the parking access and exit - took us over an hour to get out of the parking lot at the end.

She is not forever young. I respect her achievements, but she should not perform anymore. She is not doing herself a favour and picked a lot of songs that her voice cannot master anymore. She should enjoy her retirement. She earned it.

Have always been a fan of Nana Mouskouri but was disappointed with the show. She had good stamina as she performed for almost two hours without a break and without a sip of water. I respect her for that, but as the song goes, "you gotta know when to fold 'em." Her voice is definitely that of an 82-year-old. I want to dig out my old CD's and remember her voice as it was years ago.

Being involved with music myself. Nana shared some wonderful incite. Her band was great. It was also fantastic she was on stage at the age of 83. A pitch correction pedal would have helped immensely if in fact it could of kept up. Her voice was flat constantly, We left after about 7 songs hoping during that time she would pick up the pace. Also Greyeagle is a smoking casino so you have to choke a few times before entering the auditorium.

Thoroughly enjoyed this concert. Have always loved Nana Mouskouri's music and voice and at 83 she still sings so well. She shared stories before each song which made them more memorable.

Nana Mouskouri was awesome-she is a gracious and very talented lady. She gave a great performance and she gave the audience exactly what they wanted. I hope that if I get to 82 years old, I will have at least half of her stamina-she sang for 2 hours without a break and did not have a sip of water. Kudos! And thank you!

I thought Nana Mouskouri was one classy lady, still with a beautiful voice. We felt a little sad, because this will be her last concert. She did a super job.

We attended the Tueday perfomance at teh NAC and thoroughly enjoyed the evening as did the rest of the sellout crowd. While I had some trepidation as to how an 80 year old perfomer might be able to render the songs I had nothing to worry about.

It was a beautiful evening of music. Nana is a classy lady. Her genuine presence touched the audience over and over again. The orchestra was exceptional. I would have liked it if they were given proper introductions and acclaim. While Nan's voice is less than it once was, she can still sing a song with beautiful feeling. Her stamina was amazing.

Nana is one of the greats and didn't disappoint! Her daughter, who sang a few songs with her mom, has a beautiful, effortless voice like her mom in her prime. Nana's voice is still strong (especially the higher registers) and was very enjoyable!

I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Having been to her show 24 years ago , it was wonderful to see her again,,,thought I would not have a chance. She is just as elegant as ever and it was a real treat to hear her daughter sing with her. Helene sounds a lot like Nana did in her earlier years! I also appreciated that she continuously acknowledges and shows affection for her backup musicians.

This lady is truly amazing , falling short of eighty years old , she takes the stage as big as ever and after a song or two she is the same super star as I have seen her on stage 30 years ago ! Bravo Nana

Nana Mouskouri doesn't sing she channels the spirit of music. Joy, sorrow and every emotion in between flow from her lips directly to the ears of the audience with a purity that is indescribable.

She is no longer the great singer she was. I was very upset at the insurance cost added in a sneaky way to my ticket price.

A wonderful performance by an amazingly talented and graceful lady

A beautiful concert by Diva Nana. She is so much loved. Great experience. I would've loved to hear songs like the Rose. Parking chaos before & especially after kind of took away from the experience.

Nana Mouskouri is the best....I honestly did not expect this show to be so good. She's fantastic, she's a read LADY.....soft. I love her....she's unbelievable for almost 80 years old. Her daughter is a very very good singer but when Nana came back to the stage the ambiance changed completly. The soft voice of this lady with the high pich got in everybody's heart.

I thought how good can a 80 year singer still be after being in the limelight for over 50 + years? Nana - you were on my bucket list of entertainers to see. I was delighted - so many languages : English, French, German, Greek. I would have gladly paid $200-300 +. I was disappointed not to be able to buy any of her cd's. Her daughters voice was remarkable. I got a chance to see Tony Bennett sing last year - disappointed but then asked myself - how many 87 year singers are there ? However his daughters singing was mediocre. Not Nana's daughter - WOW.
