Great experience. Great game, well organized, decent food and drink options

Great day overall. Volunteers were very friendly, helpful. Couple things we did not like. One is that you only took debit or credit, and not cash. We had cash and could not use it. It was extremely hot and would have liked to have a misting tent or a place to cool off. Thanks for the waterbottle refilling stations but could use more for the size of the crowd, there were long line-ups. Also, we could not find hot or cold coffee anywhere. That would be a nice addition. Additionally, we liked the reusable/recycling initiative. Very important for sustainability and well thought out. Looking forward to seeing more future endeavors.

Rogers Cup is such a cool event every year. Keep up the good work!

We parked at the Pioneer Village TTC parking lot and walked….honestly, it was a nice walk not a big deal at all ! It was $7 p parking. AMA ing price! 10 min walk saved us a fortune. Food and drink prices were fair. $5 Stella’s! Amazing! Will come again.

Very pleasant event with the ability to see many matches on the outer courts. Lots of entertainment and food and also a variety of merchandise for sale.

Usually come for the day but decided to try a night session. Always, love this event. Had super seats and saw Rudd, Shapo and Zverev. Only issue, found the parking was confusing, for those without a Pass. Yet, bought our tickets months ago and never offered opportunity to purchase one.

Good event! The level of tennis is great. Parking solution could be better. A bit far to walk for non passes holders. Food prices are very high. Water and Beer(any beverage) prices are expensive. The tournament App could be better. The UI is a bit confusing. Score updates are slow. There should be two separate apps. One for Men’s and one for Women’s event. The two events shouldn’t share the same App.

Everything was great, the NBO was amazingly organized, the tennis experiences was really fun and I am looking forward to attend more tennis ATP in the future.

We had a great experience at the National Bank Open, even in the heat. The only suggestion we have is more water filling stations. We plan to come back next year

We had fun....found the VIP lounge which was nice as we had a four hour wait between matches. Sad that our Canadian boys lost and it was smokin hot!!!! But was great!

Very nice layout of the grounds, easily got around to all areas, fantastic event staff, knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. Good mix of vendors & the event app worked really well The only negative I have: the main walkway through the grounds make it white not black, less heat nor more heat from the hot sun.

Nice events and very well organized. Very well coordinated the access and the entertainment for the kids.

Great tournament like every year, but the organizers ( Tennis Canada) should REALLY put many more water fountains around the whole premises . 100'000 people im 35 degrees and only 2 water stations with MASSIVE lineups. This is a hazard to one's health and should be addressed next year by putting at least a dozen water stations next to every court and also next to the Grandstad court . Again , tennis canada , please MASSIVELY upgrade the amount if water stations available to the public to fill their water bottles next year Other than that , great tournament and great staff

I paid 40$ for my seat and 50$ parking ticket thats insine thats a robbery ! please aware you lost 6 people with me because of that parking prices

I bought quarter’s tennis ticket - Sinner vs Rublev. It was a rainy evening, but I got a very good seat! An experience I always will remember!
