Ranked as the fourth best-selling rap artist of all time by the Recording Industry of America, Nelly has become a symbol of rap's crossover success in mainstream pop music. With over 21 million albums sold in the US alone, his pop-infused hip hop and unique vocal delivery have earned him six Top 10 albums and made him a live concert favorite. His seventh studio album, 2012's M.O., features hit singles "Hey Porsche" and "Get Like Me," a collaboration with Nicki Minaj and Pharrell. Born Cornell Iral Haynes, Jr. in 1974, Nelly got his first taste of musical success with the St. Louis hip hop collective St. Lunatics. In 2000, he launched his solo career with No. 1 debut album Country Grammar, which showcased his signature Southern drawl mixed with a Midwestern twang. 2002 follow-up Nellyville also peaked at No. 1 and included the international smash " Hot in Herre," which earned him a Grammy in 2003 for Best Male Rap Solo Performance. On 2013's M.O. tour, Nelly treated ticket buyers to his greatest hits, earning rave reviews for his upbeat stage presence and charismatic performances.

I’m not sure if it’s related to where we were seated but the sounds quality was quite bad. It was hard to hear and understand much and I don’t believe it’s due to the artists. Quite disappointing. I watched others’ videos from different sections and it sounded just as bad. Bummer.
The concert was soooo good, the price of the tickets were good. The seating is horrible! The seats are so small in everyday possible. My knees hit the chair in front of me. There's nowhere to keep your drinks and if you put them on the floor someone will kick it over. Plus they take the caps so you can't even close it so you pay 7$ for a bottle of water to have it spill all over the floor. Please renovate it to make more room!!!!
It was unreal! Nelly, Ja Rule, and Chingy lit up Montreal with pure 2000s nostalgia. Chingy kicked things off with “Right Thurr” and had everyone vibing. Ja Rule brought the fire with “Always On Time” and “Livin’ It Up” — the energy was insane. And Nelly? He owned the stage. From “Hot in Herre” to “Ride wit Me,” it was hit after hit. The whole night felt like one big throwback party. No voice, sore feet, and zero regrets — best night ever!
Weird thing to say in 2025 But yeah JA stoled the show Nelly was alright... no disrespect but the lunatics on stage is useless
Fantastic Loved Everything it was very entertaining. Music was great well Security .
The show was bumpin. Nelly knows how to put on a show! Ja Rule was amazing! Got a video with his shirt off 😊. Was on my feet dancing the whole time. Couldn’t walk for 2 days lol. Hope he comes back!
Great concert and performances from all performers! Loved that Ja’rule came out into the crowd! He had the crowd going crazy! Wish the stage setup was more into the crowd but overall really enjoyed our time! Danced the whole concert!
One of the best concerts of my life - great atmosphere and lineup! All great performers who were engaged with the audience and genuinely wanted to be there! Stage setup and DJ were awesome and sound was great. Wish I could do it all over again!
Great time and show and really bring you back into time Everyone was 40 and dancing
Great show seeing Ja Rule was the best part for me, Nelly showed out too! Very good show i would definitely go again!
I had an amazing night, especially for a Monday in Ottawa! I only found out about the concert a couple of days before, and I truly believe it deserved much more publicity. A lot of my friends and colleagues would have loved to attend if they had known about it sooner. From the moment we walked in, everything was smooth. From getting drinks to finding our seats. The staff at Canadian Tire Center were friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience even better. As for the show, Nelly delivered an unforgettable performance! I had the time of my life and want to wish him and his team all the best as they continue the tour. I’m definitely looking forward to attending more great shows at CTC in the future!!
It was lit lit . All the artists showed up with good energy and sang their hearts out. I danced all night. Amazing show no major delays 10/10
Artists were great! But the venue is disorganized and this isn’t my first time experiencing this. The show time was bumped up from 8pm to 7:30. Crowds lined up outside by 6:30 extending to the parking lot. And they weren’t able to open the doors to the arena until 7:05pm. Little to no time for people to walk around check out merch grab a drink etc before finding their seat.
Had an amazinggggggggg time with my friends. Was worth it!!!!!!
Great show by all artists. The venue was ok, got a seat upgrade from one of the employees. The only thing was the price of booze. $12 for a tall can of beer? Bought 2 and that was it! And that was $4 too much
We arrived just after doors opened and wasn't long getting in. Apparently the drink that was advertised for this show was awful so we opted out. Alcohol was a little pricey, but other then that seats / view was great. Second time seeing Nelly and it didn't disappoint!
High energy, Nelly had the whole place on their feet dancing.
It was amazing concert just that the sound was muffled during some songs hard to hear the words but other then that was fun. Only other criticism would be too many GIRLS in the MENS bathroom not ok.
So much energy!! So many amazing songs. You should go!!
