I attended this performance with my daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. I was hoping that the show would be of a higher caliber. Having read reviews after I bought the tickets, I was wanting to be optimistic, but I thought the show was lacking. It reminded me of a Disney show that you would see on ice. The quality of the acting wasn't any better, the dialogue was weak, and sometimes hard to hear, and the costumes were not very good. The character that was supposed to be a wardrobe was just a woman with a wide skirt. It was my Granddaughters ( 6 and 4 years of age) first show like this, so I'm sure they were impressed but from an adults perspective the whole presentation was not very professional.

Amazing!! Incredibly done, excellent stage work, props, backgrounds etc.. Would recommend this show to anyone at any age! Wonderful for kids (although I don't ever recommend bringing children under 7or 8!!) Very entertaining & enjoyable!!!

It was good. The beast should be been greater in size IMO but all other characters were a good relfection. I brought my 3 year old and the play was too long for her.. and many other childern in the audience. She was consumed for about 2 hours then wanted to be active and leave.

Beauty and the Beast was magical and a night my family and I will not forget. Comparing to Lion King, which was the last 'Broadway' we saw, I did prefer the Lion King with it being more exciting as a play. I would recommend not bringing children under 6 or sitting near children under 6 as there are too many times that the scenes require you to listen to what they are saying and children under 6 will not be quiet during these times.

I love the movie Beauty and the Beast and I have to say I was disappointed with the play. By intermission I wanted to go home but stayed as my 7 year old daughter was enjoying it. I was surprised with the sexual innuendo's within the play. I know the movie has some flirtatious characters but I would rather they tone it down considering the ages of some of the audience members.
