NKTOBSB was tons of fun!
by renjl on 2011-08-08Copps Coliseum - HamiltonRating: 4 out of 5This concert exceeded my expectations. I was never big into boy bands when I was growing up, but I knew both NKTOB songs and BSB songs, so I thought it would be fun to see them all performing together. Neverest opened, which was I wasn't really into. The Matthew Morrison came on and he was a great performer. His singing was better than I expected live and he dances pretty well too! Way better than Mr. Shue. The best was his cover of Golddigger, which he did on Glee as well. Really fun. And his originals were quite good too. He plays the ukelele which adds a nice sound. As for NKOTBSB, it was fantastic. They were all really high energy and they did all the hits. They seemed to have a sense of humour about it a bit, like they realized that it's somewhat hilarious that they are in their 30s/40s and are still in boy bands. It was feel good through and through and I would recommend it to anyway that was even a casual fan of either group! One thing I would have liked to see what BSB try an NKOTB song, and vice versa.
