    Horrible Experience...

by JFLT on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

Bought eight "cheap" tickets at $199 in the East side end zone. Never thought we would end up being fenced in like cattle, with no access to warm facilities and forfeiting our seats if OMG, we decided to cross the fence to get some needed heat. Four of us left after the second period. But we provided our charitable Xmas donation to Mr. Melnyk, of some much needed cash to keep this franchise going...

    Amazing. Awesome.

by Jodz on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

Always dress for the occasion, as it is an outdoor game in December. Was an amazing experience, even though my team lost. The crowd, people and city were great.

Did you not expect a crowd??

    by Steph1234 on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

The actual game was a blast! However, the organizers were very badly prepared!!! Got there over an hour before the game and was put in a line that went past the other gate!! We missed the opening ceremonies and initial puck drop - so much for paying for 5 expensive seats - folks at home said it was great! Then... 5 minutes before 1st intermission - went to get the kids a hot chocolate just to make it back for the start of the 2nd period!!! Again, loved the game, what a disappointing support around the event... we had the same problem at Grey Cup.

    All guest appearances were unforgetable

The whole day and evening was amazing! The event was so well organized and although our team lost it was a day/evening we will never forget.

Line Ups to Gate 4 ridiculous!

    by JuneBug2017 on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

We arrived at 6:45pm for 7pm puck drop .. it took us over an hour to get to our seats due to long line ups at Gate 4. We missed 1st 10 minutes of the game. The tickets were not cheap very poor planning!

    The experience was good BUT...

by RickGee on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

The seats were overpriced, access (security) was horrible, the view was awful, but it was a fun experience BUT NEVER AGAIN.

    BT!DT!

    by Marco57 on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

We were seated quite a ways from the rink but for this, most fans were. Larger screens to see the action and the replays would have made it a better experience. The fan fest before the game was well done. We enjoyed that very much. Going through security was good. Some of the staff were cold and crabby. Understandable! The entertainment before and during the game was awesome.Tim Hicks and Brian Adams were top notch.

Great game. Excelllent entertainment (Guy Lafleur, Mario Lemieux, Bryan Adams, past Prime Ministers appearances!) Awful entry and security procedures...long lines, delays, overcrowding, unclear procedure for entry. Attend many events at TD Place and this was by far the worst experience trying to get in the stadium!

    Poorly Run

by Hoddydode on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

The lineups to get into the game was unrealistic . We were left to freeze in massive lineups so the NHL could check you out. We missed the pregame while others missed missed a lot more. Packsacks that the Redblacks allow at all games and the Grey Cup were confiscated. The NHL do not protect people rather they put people at risk and wonder why attendance is dropping in Ottawa

No concessions, extreme cold, metal seats

by Harvhabs on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

Felt that the tickets were very expensive and prevented the average fan from attending. We waited for over an hour to get in at gate 4 and missed the beginning of the game. Seats were crowded and difficult to get into and out of. The concession lines were outrageous and we gave up after a half hour wait.

    Poorly Organized, Poorly run

by Anonymous on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

Very poor organization. Entrance to all events had massive delays. Not sure whether not prepared or not enough knowledge to do the job. LONG, UNORGANIZED line-ups to enter.

    Pageaus night

by Dunahook on 2017-12-19Lansdowne Park - Ottawa

Sens were hot from start to finish while Montreal seamed sluggish. Win was sens needed with large crowd. View and sound was so much better than inside C T Centre, to bad they couldn't play more games outside

    Once in a Lifetime !

by Crocket on 2017-09-12TD Stadium - Ottawa

I have never been to one of these outdoor games. But seeing as it is the 100th Anniversary of these franchises I have decided that being A Senators fan I would love to be there to see this historic game in person.
