Awesome concert...Best boy band in a very longtime..went with my 12 yrs old daughter and it was the best bonding time ever

  • ONE Direction...WRONG Direction!!!!

by Anonymous on 2014-08-08Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

Our girls liked the concert just because it was "One Direction", but my husband and I thought it was a horrible concert. Very Boring...they did nothing but stand and walk. Absolutely no showmanship! The sound quality was not even that great. We like listening to one of their songs on the radio but, I think I just wasted a LOT of money to see them live! Even when they tried to interact with the audience they all just kept saying the same thing over and over....they love Canada and they love Toronto....we get it! You are welcome for the fame that you have come into....time to pay back those kids that support you (and the parents that bring them) and put on a REAL show! Gone are the good days of real entertainers I guess! :(

  • ONE Great Concert

by NKadbet on 2014-08-08Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The boys were full of energy and know how to put on a great show. Opening act 5 Seconds of Summer were not good at all though.

  • BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE

Loved every minute of it. Crowd was insane. Couldn't have been better

  • Great Show!

by Anonymous on 2014-08-08Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer put on a fantastic show. The energy was high and the music was great. My daughter and her friend were over the moon. As a parent, I was impressed with the professional attitude each group had and will definitely recommend to everyone.

  • Best concert I have ever been too!!!

    by Lily1999 on 2014-08-08Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was just overall amazing, there was so much energy and the performance was great. 5 seconds of summer were a great opening act. If they ever come back I'm defiantly getting tickets again, it was just one of the best concerts I have been too!!!

  • Would love to see again!

    by SaskGirl10 on 2014-08-07Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The performance was amazing. Perfect setlist! They did a great job of playing to the whole crowd and not only the people close to the stage. Very high energy. The event staff were also strict with people standing on chairs or holding large signs. This helped with everyone being able to see the show. One Direction played 23 songs I believe so it wasn't short by any means. I would loooove to see another one of their concerts sometime soon!

  • One Direction was great!

    by Ocean1 on 2014-08-07Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

They were amazing. At times you could not make out what One Direction mates were saying, not their fault, but that of the sound system in the Rogers Centre. both Bands put on a great show.

  • 1D, August 2, 2014, Rogers Centre, Toronto

    by BigJ1 on 2014-08-07Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Let me preface this with the fact that I am a headbanger at heart and probably always will be. However music needs to be appreciated regardless of styles and preferences. Having had the chance to actually sing 4 songs from 1D I can tell you that you learn a thing or two in every style. Let’s give credit where it is due…Very high energy show and for the most part they seemed to be signing live. I heard lots of nuances vocally that weren’t the same as the album version. 45 000 screaming fans, good thing I brought ear plugs :) Bottom line, regardless of what you think of them they really do seem to work very hard and by the number of times they thanked their fans they appreciate their success and don’t take it for granted.

  • It was the Best Show Ever!!!

    by Bianca7Boots on 2014-08-07Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great, honestly such an amazing performance. My seats were higher up but i'd still recommend them. You could see the screens perfectly and the back of the stage which was exciting because you could see when the boys pulled up to the venue.

  • One direction was a blast

I loved seeing one direction it was my favourite concert so far and I saw it with my BFF Stephanie

  • One Direction was awesome!!!!

    by Jules2757 on 2014-08-06Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

My 8 yo daughter had a blast sinqing and dancing to OD!!!! As long as they stay clean and appropriate I would totally take my daughter to another concert!!! Only complaints I would have is we did not really like opening act with the exception of one song. Also, there was too long of a gap between opening act and when OD finally came on stage. As well, some of the music/videos during the break I did not find age appropriate

  • One Direction was amazing

by Kallyvic on 2014-08-06Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I had an amazing time at this concert. It was so fun. And One Direction were amazing. 5 Seconds of summer was great too!

Good show, good view from the 200 level, loved the TD comfort box. Easy access to seats, really liked that gate entry was divided for seat sections, meant less crowding. Only found it odd that there was a limited selection of 1D merchandise at kiosks.

One Direction put on an amazing concert. This was my 13 year old daughters first concert and she absolutely loved it! She was thrilled. Very loud but awesome!

  • One Direction was unforgettably amazing!!!

    by Katie2000 on 2014-08-06Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The show was AMAZING!!! It started out with 5 Seconds Of Summer opening up which was amazing!! They are such a great band and sounded amazing!! Then when One Direction came out singing Midnight Memories for their opening song was just incredible!! Opening with that song really got the crowd going and it was so amazing!!! They went on with a whole bunch of their hit songs and I sang and danced to every single one of them!! They then sang What Makes you Beautiful and left the stage for a little break which was only like 5-10 minutes, but then they came out singing You and I and it was just Beautiful!! They then sang more of their songs and finally closed with Best Song Ever which was such a great way to close the amazing show that they had put on!! As I said before I sang and danced to every single song and I had the time of my life!! I would definitely go and see them again in a heart beat!! One Direction is the best!!! <3 :)

  • 1D - AWESOME!

    by JOVIGIRL4EVER on 2014-08-06Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I am a Mom who took her 2 daughters to the concert (16 years and 11 years) and I was blown away by the talent of these guys. I would recommend you see them perform. They are a great group to have your daughters idolize. They seem to be good people who love what they are doing and so appreciative of everything they have. I also like the way 1D sets up their stage, they really try to give the people in the far back a good look as well.......lol!! Thank you 1D for a lovely evening!!

  • One Direction did not disappoint!!

    by Alala020814 on 2014-08-06Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The stage was bomb and their vocals and stage personalities were PERFECT. The entire concert was a heck of a ride and I loved every second of it! If anything the only thing I was sad about was that the concert had to end. I could listen to them sing FOREVER. Can't wait to buy tickets for my next 1D concert!!!
