These boys put on an absolutely amazing performance. My daughter said it was the best day of her life!!! I would definitely go again but want to be much closer to the stage!
Singing was good, but they seemed really drained & unenthusiastic when they came on stage. Niall was prob the best on stage that night. Liam wasn't bad at all as well. The others didn't smile very much, so it felt like they just wanted to get I over with. Can't blame them though, they've already done a lot of concerts & it must be starting to take a toll on their body. The hour or more intermission after the opening act was a little frustrating as well. In all, I think their singing was good, the show just could've been better.
Better than I expected. Girls had a great time. Seating was very good. due to size of venue sound was good too
It was a great night- this was my 10 year old daughter's 1st ever concert she had a great time -seeing her favourite band and of course Harry!!! But the acoustics at the Rogers Centre is not to good as the music and when the guys spoke it was muffled and at times not easier to hear clearly. But overall seeing my daughter have a good time was more important than anything.
Even sitting way up high at the concert it was great!! Amazing stage and performance! 5 seconds of summer was excellent as well!
One Direction really knows how to engage with the audience, it is obvious that they are having fun and their energy is infectious. Emma & Katie raved about how great it was. Both bands were fantastice!!
Although we were seated in the 500 section, my mother, my friend, and myself had such an amazing time at One Direction. They really make an effort to include the whole crowd which is nice seeing as the Rogers Center is so large. Overall they sounded amazing and I will totally go back when they return.
It was great mind blowing show, need to work on sound and lighting. This time i could hear the group less and the sound was too loud, other than that it was a great show.
One Direction performed with decency and provided beautiful moments that willl live on in memories
it was a great show! i think they had a couple of hiccups with the microphones and sound but they kept on going and put on a great show. very entertaining and upbeat. the screaming was a testament to the boys
I bought ticket to see 1D and of course they were amazing! but it was 5sos that blew my mind! They were magnificent! Was a fan before but now I'm one of those crazy die hard fans. Venue did a good job. Only complaint I had is when 1D came on stage they decided to keep the cameras off of them a lot of the time. Like for 5sos the cameras were on them the whole time which was AWESOME!! So with 1D basically THOUSANDS of us couldn't see them on the screen a lot of the time. Rogers Centre is so big it's almost like you have to be right at the stage to see anyone lol so the screens are a life saver! But overall wonderful! And I thank you!
5 SOS and one direction were amazing. Only went with my daughter but would go see them again. Having the vendors outside before the concert was a fantastic idea. Heather, our usher in section 130d was very informative, friendly and fun. The Rogers centre was great and clean. Can't wait to go back.
One Direction and 5 seconds to summer were simply awesome! love how they interacted with the crowd and how humble all the boys actually are
One Direction puts on an amazing performance!! They played 19 songs straight and the. 4 encore songs!! Will go to see them everytime they are here!! Couldn't have been any better!!
It was so well done. My daughter loved it. 5Seconds of Summer was incredibly for an opening band. We will go again.
I found that the group was not displayed on the big screens for the whole concert....not even most of it. With everyone standing and my girls being smaller, they didn't get to see much of their faces, which is what you want....you want to SEE them perform! The last half hour was the only time where you saw the group on big screen steady....there was a lot of energy! After the opening act performed, we waited almost an hour for 1D to come on stage, which I found annoying. However, they are a very good looking group and have good music that we love to listen to as we are driving!
Excellent performances from two amazing bands. I recommend to anyone who enjoys popular music.
Very very goooooood show un a very nice place!!!!!
I'm a 44 year old Dad who took his 8 & 12 year old daughters to this show. I have to day I was actually disappointed in 1D. I saw their first concert film and rather liked it. But actually seeing them live was a let down for 3 main reasons: 1. Their new music isn't near as good as their last album. 2. The didn't really seem to want to engage their audience. They said they were happy to be there, thanks so much, blah blah, but they didn't SHOW US they wanted that connection. Simple example, they never pulled any kids onto the stage to sing or interact with them. Overall their show was just too prescribed and lacked true inspiration. They also never made any clothing changes which was weird. 3. The 1D lads looked tired and somewhat disinterested at times. Heck my kids started playing games on their iPods SITTING DOWN a couple of times! I can honestly say their opening act 5SOS was more enjoyable because they genuinely WANTED to connect with their audience and worked hard at it! Overall I found Katy Perry a far superior entertainer in every way and personally enjoyed her show while I felt like I was waiting at a bus stop listening to 1D. The only time I enjoyed this show was the encore when they played all their best songs. I'll save my money next time 1D comes through.
