We saw the Ottawa-Toronto game. Great game! We will be back!
Such exciting hockey. So proud of these talented young women. Will be back again and again.
The entrance was crowded but was handled very well. The event was fun and was enjoyed by families and young children.
Honestly, ive lost all faith in the sense and have turned all my attention to the PWHL Ottawa team. I'm so glad I got to go see them in person, it was a great experience! The TD arena was a perfect size and wasn't overcrowded in the halls. They even had a both for people to make signs! Love! The merch on-site was awesome aswell, sad jerseys won't be re-stocked till march :(
First time and we had a good time. Will go back for sure.
Yeah it was good, good location, good restaurants nearby, good beers and very good hockey
Home opener was one of the best hockey experiences I’ve ever had. Venue is great, team is exciting to watch.
PWHL home opener was a first class experience. The venue was perfect. The restaurants were ready for the crowds. I loved that there was an area set up to make signs. I thought the redirect of the players exiting the ice after the pre game skate was a really nice touch to allow more fans a chance to reach out to the players. The sponsor give aways were generous. Can't wait for the next game!
Excellent evening with friends xxxxxxxxxccccccccccc
Great all round experience! Special first night of PWHL in Ottawa. Good competitive, fast paced game. Going to OT was an added bonus.
Easy to get in, was a great event. Will definitely be trying to go again
Fantastic experience, easy to use tickets from my phone (I'm not generally that tech friendly).
Absolutely phenomenal privilege to attend the very first game of the PWHL Ottawa team. The whole experience was beyond description. This wasn't just a hockey game, it was truly a celebration. And from the fans' reactions I'd say it was a universal feeling. So looking forward to future games.
It was an exuberant inaugural Professional Women's Hockey League game between Ottawa and Montreal. The teams have depth and similarly talented rosters. The pace, calibre, and physicality of the game was impressive. Attendees were bursting with enthusiasm. Forget Barbie, young girls holding signs and waving towels were enthralled to see their stars live. Fans held up the game with a lengthly standing ovation following the first goal (it was eventually disqualified). The crowd nailed a spontaneous "wave". Automated wristband lights added to the ambiance. Thank you to the the diligent crusaders who gave "their all"during the 60 plus years to turn their dreams into reality! The seating was good. Having the security checks inside the lobby rather than having fans line up outside was a nice feature. Staff were helpful. My only complaint is the proverbial long, long lines for the women's washrooms. With the high percentage of females attending these events this a crucial matter to be addressed. Nobody should have to miss part of the game because they have to pee. While you're at it, how about adding a few more water stations near or just outside the washrooms. Many of us are trying to be "waste mindful"by bringing our own water bottles.
One of the best professional hockey games ever! Everyone should try to attend a game. Physical and exciting hockey, well worth the price of admission.
The atmosphere for the sold out PWHL game in Ottawa was amazing. Big Battles, Big hits - these ladies are not fooling around! Love it for them!
Exciting from start to finish. Some of the best women’s hockey players going head to head
Had a great time at Ottawa’s first women’s professional hockey game, The atmosphere was unexpected. Light show with the bracelets was pretty cool addition for the 1st game.
