The original Ottawa Senators were founded in 1883 and were one of the founding teams of the NHL during its early years, winning 11 Stanley Cup Championships between 1903 and 1927. When the NHL started to expand to the U.S., the Senators were sold to St. Louis and became the Eagles, but the team shuttered after one year. Excellent game, great seats on the 200 level. The atmosphere was almost at the playoff level.
The game was amazing and the seats were even better. Great service and awesome staff
Waitress in our Club seats, Sarah, super nice. Sens won - Great! Bathroom could be cleaner. Garbage overflowing and water on floor.
We were happy to attend our first Senators game in many years! We found the Canadian Tire Center entertainment team motivating and fun. It used to be so quiet there, now the energy was much better. The Senators were on fire, and were a joy to watch!!! The down side is the parking situation, or rather the exit situation at Canadian Tire Center. How did the designers not plan for better multiple exits. AND how sad that there is no way to walk to the Canadian Tire Center, from the hotel we stayed at, the Wingate by Wyndham (which is excellent by the way), there is not pedestrian friendly way to walk the 1.2 kms. It would have been much faster than waiting in our idling car for an hour.
Attended a Leafs vs Sens game at the CTC. Leafs won 5-4 in a 9 round shootout. Amazing experience - so many Leaf fans. Highly recommend if you are looking for a game outside of Toronto.
Had tons of fun there was always something going on in between whistles and so on, loved it, what a night
Great atmosphere to watch a hockey game! Prices for awesome seats were amazing compared to other NHL venues! Plan to go back! Staff were also personable to interact with!
This is one of the worst arenas that I have been to. The seating is great if you are a short skinny person. They have seats so very narrow and crammed in there. If you're a tall person, your knees will be hitting the person sitting in front of you. I guess it's about money for the stadium franchise. Cram as many people in there as you can instead of thinking about comfort. If your hips are wider than 18", you will be uncomfortable and your body will be touching the person next to you in awkward ways. Hard to enjoy the game when the seating is so bad. All vendors are cashless. Exiting the parking lot took us 45 mins. So much traffic funneling into 2 lanes.
Great game, great price, went with the boys!!!!! Only recommendation is remove 50 character minimum to do a review lol
I had booked box seats and had an amazing experience with my 2 sons. Game was very exciting and seating in the box so comfortable!
Our first NHL game as a family could not have been better! Great staff and volunteers. Good concessions. Terrific entertainment package.
As a vegan we were a bit disappointed in the lack of vegan options. We just bought season tickets and hope to see better vegan options for our in seat waiter options.
Everywhere I sit at the CTC is always a great time. I recommend The Ledge restaurant up in the 400 level. The salad bar was great with dessert in the 2nd period. Keep in mind you still have to pay for drinks. Next year will probably be the best yet for this young team. Go Sens Go!
Loved the game and the dj getting everyone going usher we’re very polite and helpful had great experience
Sens were on fire. Such a dominant win. So entertaining to be there in person where you could feel the crowd’s energy which fuelled the team. Overall experience was A+ including the overpriced poutine and beer! 😂
The tickets/seating were great, especially since the Senators won the game. The process getting in and out of the CTC was quick and without any issues. My grandson's first Senators game appearance was the best birthday gift he could have had, loved it.
The fellas are buzzing for this playoff push. Always a good vibe at the CTC, over the past year the CTC has been electric.
Had great seating, beautiful Arena. Ottawa played their hearts out. Can’t ask for more.
CT Centre was a great venue. Even the 40 minute walk each way didn’t deter.
