    Great Event!

by Dave on 2022-07-28SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

Great venue, food and drink selection was better this year, great bands, and loved their designated smoking area.

    Back again!!

    by L. M. on 2022-07-19SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

I have attended this event for many years. The venue change to Shaw Millennium park is a game changer! It's much nicer to be able to sit on the grass and listen to the music. The natural slow down to the stage makes visibility much better for those of us that are vertically challenged. The sound system is also great!. Bathrooms were well organized with separate men's and women's areas which kept them much cleaner and never lined up. The plus was the ticketmaster scannable tickets and ability to transfer easily. The quality of the line-up was great. Enjoyed the variety of beverages available, especially the non-alcoholic beer for those who can't drink. Would like to see more low sugar options for diabetics. There is room for improvement in the following areas: 1) Check on water in the portable sinks in the bathroom areas, they ran out too early. 2) More variety of low-sugar beverages (alcoholic and non) 3) The food quality and options were not good. The beef on a bun was truly disappointing in comparison to other years and the pizza was thin and bland. The only other options were all deep-fried. Something fresher would be nice. 4) Attendees should be allowed to bring something to sit on, even if it's just inflatable chairs or foam cushions. Many of us are getting older and can't sit or stand for long periods of time without a chair or cushion. Otherwise - great event! So glad to be back out and enjoying "life" again with others!

    Oxford

by Blair on 2022-07-19SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

Bands were amazing. Lineups to get drinks were brutal, so slow. Defiantly not enough booths or staffing.

    Great event as always!

by Chips on 2022-07-18SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

I'd give 5 stars if they sold better beer and did not charge high bottled water prices. 5 bucks for a 10 cent bottle of water is terrible especially when the weather is 30+!! I may stop going....

    Poor setup

by Scotty on 2022-07-18SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

Huge wait times due to poor planning for the drink lines left people having a hard time getting in and out due to a chain-link fence. Out of stock on certain beverages at the beginning of the event before most people had arrived. We left early and took our money to another event.

    Perfect show

by NMK on 2022-07-18SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

This was my fourth Crowes show and by far the best ever. Everything was amazing, the venue, great people in the crowd, was able to get right up front close to the stage and still enough room to dance. The brothers and the band were all on fire and they sounded fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for anything more that night

    VIP downgraded last minute!

by Sue on 2022-07-18SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

It was rather annoying that the organizers downgraded Philips VIP last minute. When purchased it they included two drink tickets and suddenly it included none! What a racket. I Never would’ve paid for VIP if it didn’t include a few extras. They old venue was 100% better than Shaw millennial park! They need to keep the VIP area smaller and more exclusive as they did at Fort Calgary. There’s really no point in being in VIP and paying that exorbitant price for nothing! Won’t risk coming back!

    Not so VIP

by Laura on 2022-07-18SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

The bands were great, but given our VIP viewing, we were way the heck back from the stage - so definitely not the upgrade we were expecting. The drink offerings ran out way too early in the evening. Which was a common theme regardless of level of "seating". The area was decorated very well, and the controls going in and out were outstanding. No lineups, everyone was pleasant, and it was very organized. If I go again, I would opt for Ultra VIP, not so much for the drinks that come with that package, but for the viewing.

    Stomp 2022

by Cindy on 2022-07-18SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

Flow of event wasnt great. You had to cross a mine field of people just to use the washroom or get a drink. Drink station was an absolute mess. Not properly planned at all. Conplete chaos and minimal 20 minutes to get a drink due to set up. I was there 3 years ago and set up flowed better. Security was a joke. They were more concerned about blankets being brought in than weapons. They didnt even check my backpack. Music was great though.

    Bryan Adams never disappoints

by Beaves on 2019-07-20SHAW MILLENNIUM PARK - Calgary

Bryan Adams always puts on a great show. I have been to many outdoor concerts with Bryan Adams and this was one of his best. He gets better with age.
