Pan Am Equestrian Tickets

This was our first dressage show. 9am we were in our seats. Good view, some blockage due to judges boxes. Horses came out on time. However due to direct sun we went in search of hats. Wish stands had cover for sun, heat and rain. After 9 horses had well needed break. Available food was good, however there was two line ups. One for food, one for drinks?? Plenty of seating to eat. After event I got email saying where parking was? Not at show grounds. Buses were quick for pick up and drop off at car.

I was very disappointed with the experience. The competitors and their horses were amazing but the venue was the most disorganized event I have ever attended. The sound system didn't work, their were no programs until late morning, the parking and shuttle bus run was extremely disorganized, it took an hour to get to a parking spot at 8:30 am. The food choices were hotdogs and corn. There were only 2 water stations, and on a very hot day people need water, and a shelter over their seats. They should have had golf carts to transport the elderly from their car down a dusty road on a bumpy path to the shuttle bus area.
