  • Paramore @ The Sound Academy

by sbagles on 2013-05-15Sound Academy - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Last night I saw Paramore live at the Sound Academy and it was awesome. I would have liked to be closer and had a better view as many tall people were in front of me. There were also a group a pretty unpleasant people who were getting too exited and started pushing and shoving and stepping on my feet, I barley had elbow space and they were dancing and shoving themselves into everyone. I did though come to a club to see a live concert so rock concert expectations are excitement dancing, sweating just to get a glimpse of the performers and sing extremely loud to your favourite songs. Besides a couple rude people paramore was amazing and I had one of the best times.

  • Paramore @ The Sound Academy (May 13, 2013)

    by Rachel28 on 2013-05-15Sound Academy - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Paramore have never been a band to play it safe. Their albums showcase intense drum beats, powerful guitar riffs and incredible vocals. Bringing these albums to life would seem like a difficult task; Paramore do it masterfully. The three main members of Paramore each give their heart and soul into their instrument of choice and seem to be having a blast doing so. Hayley Williams is a tiny ball of sunshine (partially thanks to her new hair do) as she gallops across the stage throwing her hands in the air, Jeremy Davis shuffles from foot to foot dancing with his bass and Taylor York headbangs and throws his whole body into it while handling his guitar like a pro. The three are magnetic and give off a beautiful positive energy that the crowd feels from their heads to their toes.

  • They're back, and they're still amazing!!

  • Paramore set Las Vegas on fire!!! (May 16, 2010)

by SinCity on 2010-05-31The Joint (Hard Rock Hotel) - Las Vegas, NVRating: 5 out of 5

I saw Paramore in Montreal on August 22nd, 2008 and I saw them again in Las Vegas on May 16th, 2010. Out of all the concerts that I have attended in my life, I consider only the Rolling Stones to be a better live act than Paramore! Paramore are extremely energetic on stage! You can tell they're having a good time when they're playng live. The fun that Paramore are having on stage is matched only by the fun that the crowd is having! Montreal and Las Vegas are two really big party towns, making them perfect places for seeing Paramore in concert!!
