Without Hooky’s great efforts to tour we would never be able to experience classic Joy Division live…. Keep it up Hooky!
Peter Hook and the Light at Danforth Music Hall was a great show. Hooky never disappoints. Venue was packed...could use a bit more ventilation, to be honest.
Great set-list (both Joy Division albums, the New Order "opener" as well as encore). 3 hours of pure joy. Amazing
I prefer the non-punky material. I would have enjoyed the show more if there was a better balance between the punky and non-punky material. It was amazing that there was no opening band and Peter Hook sang over 30 songs. I love that. I just wish he sang more of the stuff I liked.
Great show as always is ! Love joy division , not so much new order
Peter Hook and the Light are fantastic!! We loved both nights in Toronto!!
Phenomenal. Best concert ever. Excellent venue great performance
Super Set list and a long one! Hooky on stage at 8pm off at 11pm great selection of New Order and Joy Division tunes, Wish Peter played a little more then his son but cool to see the torch will be passed down. Well behave and fun crowd and all the Staff and Security of the Danforth top notch. :)
Was looking so forward to this show and wasn’t disappointed. The 80s were my Dancing Days so Fun to partake again
My only regret is not going both nights!!! What a show!
3 sets of joy division and New order..very tight band..2.5 hours of pure bliss..5 stars.
Great venue and Peter Hook and the light always puts on a brilliant show. Always impressed
Great night out with a, fun crowd, the band sounded fantastic and the Danforth is comfortable like an old pair of shoes!! A few slow parts in the 3 hr show but the last hour was non stop dancing and fun!! Thanks Hooky
Great show! Lots of New Order and Joy Division tunes mixed in with P H @ the L songs. Wish there were some Monaco songs as that band was all there on stage... Good sound, nice grotty venue. Very enjoyable.
This show fell short...we saw Peter Hook and the Light a year ago and the performance was great... but this show took a long time to get to the New Order greats of the 80s....it was a common question being asked near the end of the 3rd set...when are they going to play their 80s hits? Play to the audience.
With respect to Hook and New Order, playing Technique and Republic in their entirety - and playing just six Joy Division songs - probably isn't the best idea. Not the best of New Order albums to go with. Joy Division songs were amazing - love to see a tour where he did half and half.
My 1st time seeing them live however an avid fan of JD & NO since the 80's. Wasn't sure what to expect. Got a great spot in front of the stage @DMH and the rest of the night was magical from the 1st song Fine Time to Lwtua. Who does a 32 song set anymore? Tell me who!! No one I know of. Brought back great memories as great songs do, when they are played well. Peter & the band's performance exceeded expectations and they will now be on my list to see again, will travel to see them if not in Toronto anytime soon.

I'm an 80's girl and this concert was AWESOME. I danced to New Order in university and I danced again at the concert...an absolute pleasure. The performance was fantastic!!
