If you choose will call your tickets will be printed and held at the Grant Thornton Box Office for you to pick up. You will need your order confirmation number or photo ID to pick up the tickets. Ticket Delivery Options Depending on the event you may have a few options to access your tickets. All tickets are connected to your Ticketmaster Account. Learn more at the Ticketmaster Help Centre. • MOBILE ENTRY Having a Mobile Entry ticket is the easiest and safest way to access events. If you select Mobile Entry at the checkout do not forget your phone. Your phone is your ticket and way into the event. Mobile tickets cannot be printed. • ELECTRONIC TICKETS (eTickets) An electronic ticket (eTicket) can be a Mobile Entry or Print-at-Home ticket. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account to find and access your eTicket. There can be a delay in accessing your ticket but it will be available before your event. • WILL CALL To collect tickets held at Will Call the cardholder needs to have the credit card used for purchase and a valid photo ID. If you arrive for an event and forgot your tickets we can SMS reprint them for you for a fee.
We have on-site accessible parking spaces along the west side of the Memorial Centre, available on a first-come, first- served basis. There is also drop-off area at the front of the building on Lansdowne Street W. Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all games and events on a first come, first served basis. The location of these seats varies by event. For accessible and limited mobility seating availability, please call the Box Office. Companion seating is also available, and there is a limit of one companion per accessible seat.
Re-entry is not permitted. This may change per event at the discretion of Peterborough Memorial Centre staff. To ensure everyone's safety, all persons entering the Peterborough Memorial Centre are subject to a search. This can include pat downs, bag searches, and/or wand checks. All pat downs are performed by trained security personnel. For a list of prohibited items, see our Venue Policies & Procedures page. The Peterborough Memorial Centre has a strict no outside food and beverage policy. Tickets are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges available. If an event is cancelled, the full value of the tickets will be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment only, to the customer who purchased the ticket only. Cash payments will be refunded by direct deposit.
Children who are two years of age and under do not require a ticket but must sit on their caregiver lap. Any child over the age of two must have a ticket to ensure accurate numbers for fire and safety purposes.
